    @kabayan thanks po..bilis lang approval..hehehe..sa first week pa ng feb 2014 lipad ko..tinatapos ko lang kontrata ko sa work...i tried to apply na rin online for chemical engineer pero sabi ay contact them when i am already there..

    hi kabayan, when are you coming here?

    sad to say, mahirap ang job hunting ng mga chemical engineers dito..sa industry ko na semicon ay as in wala...kung meron man ay mataas ang skills and experience required..usually chemical engineers sa food industry and oil&gas madami..

    suggestion ko sau, pgdating mo ay work on your driving license as well as obtaining a car..kmi kc ay ngpalipas pa kmi ng halos 4 months bago inasikaso ito...second is to find a local reference..2weeks ago ay nkakilala kmi ng pinoy na may business..i ask him to train us and he offered na gawin nmin syang reference..we are so lucky to know him and his family kc sya ung naging daan para makakuha kmi ng job ngyun..third, huwag ka umasa na makakakuha ka ng engineering job sooner..kmi ay hindi nmin ini~expect na ganito khrap mghnap ng work..in terms of experience ay we think ok nman kmi..after 3~4 months saka lng nmin n realize na kelangan n mghnap ng ibang work khit di na in~line sa course ntin..so nasayang ung 4 months nmin pero ok lng.. may knya knyang plan tlga si Lord para sa atin..khit first day mo pa lang sa pg~aapply, aplayan mo na khit odd jobs kc if ever matanggap ka, this will serve as your local reference and local experience...lastly, advise ko ay learn how to speak english fluently..very important ito..akala ko magaling na ako mag~english..hindi p pala hehehe need ko din improve english ko

    sa ngayun, mgkakawork na kmi nung kasama kong chem eng din...start na kmi this wednesday...though hindi sia inline sa chem eng (as in hindi sya engineering job), it is a good start to work with...and we are praying na mging ok ang lahat...

    Hi there mga kabayan! Chem eng din po ako at nangangarap makapag work sa oz. Nakita ko yung post mo @shrek43 na marami ang work for chem eng sa food industry. ang latest experience ko kasi ay r&d sa food medyo hesitant lang ako magapply sa EA at baka di tanggapin yung experience ko as product development specialist. Okay lang ba kahit hindi straight sa isang industry yung experience kong 3 years? thanks! :)
