wala IE sa WA, but i mentioned that my previous jobs can be categorized as Prodn/Plant Engineer.. so i applied sa WA as offlist nominee. meron nmn kasi silang application for offlist.. i just have to show them na merong mga vacant jobs for IE/prodn/manf.. i did option B (see below..

WA Criteria for off-list nominations
Off-list places will be offered to applicants who meet the criteria set by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for General Skilled Migration as at 1 July 2011 and can provide evidence of job opportunities in their nominated occupation in Western Australia. Evidence for State Sponsorship can be provided in the following ways:
a) tentative job offer from employer/s (ie willingness to interview an applicant if they are successful in being granted a visa); or
b) evidence of at least three employment opportunities in their nominated occupation in Western Australia. This includes online job websites and newspapers.

As a tip, i'd like to share what i could have done better sa speaking exam ko.... Speak slowly! Mabilis kase talaga akong magsalita, so dun sa part wherein i have to discuss a topic for about 1-2 minutes, natapos ko sha in less than a minute and the interviewer was signaling (using his hands) to talk some more.... Ayun nawala ako so mejo parang nawalan ng sense ung pinagsasasabi ko... Buti na lang i got 7 pa den sa speaking...
