Yung isa naman po bahay ay sa 56 Adamson Road, Parmelia 3x1 din with aircons on the rooms and living area. 10 minutes walk to train station in Kwinana which is then 20minutes to Perth CBD. Both properties have 700sqm block and and is at $370/week.

Pwede po maggroup para mahati sa rental. A family can rent for $240 and a bedspace for $130.

kung available pa yung house for rent mo sa April 2014, pm mo ako. Kung wala kasi akong makitang accomodation for my whole family, baka ako na lang mauna magisa.
