  I have mixed feelings about the sackage of 648 Telstra workers on Thursday, only for the jobs to be moved to Manila and India. Hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ako para sa inang bayan o malulungkot ako para sa aking current bayan.

  If nag rely ako sa mga news na ganyan eh di sana hindi ako sumubok sa australia at di ko nahanap ang current job ko. As long as it does not affect your specific job functions and employment, ignore lang muna mga news na ganyan.

  ask ko lang, is it true na may mga posts na job hiring pero actually may nahire na sila? ginagawa lang daw ung post kasi they are just abiding with the law? anyone who can validate this?

  Pero pwede gawin nila is that mag post lang ang mga recruiter even though the job is not existing - the reason why they do the posting is that they want to increase the number of names in their database of clients.

  Well i think this is possible. For example, sa canada kasi may required na number of days na dapat nkapost advertisement para may reason ang company to hire a foreigner. So minsan may nahire na silang foreigner (pwedeng mas mura salary and mas qualified) then magadvertise lang sila for formality sake. Not sure kung may policies na ganyan sa australia when hiring foreigners.
  
  Yung ibang headhunters naman like dito sa singapore, halatang mag fish lang. Meron one time tumawag sa akin headhunter she__by jen__gs for a certain positions (which i think fictitious) kasi ayaw ibigay details and mas interested na kunin yung mga past and recent interviews ko sa ibang headhunters para cguro ma pirate nila. Yung iba nman, nangongolekta lang muna ng applicants habang wala pang openings. Sa dami na kasi ng headhunters ngaun, mahigpit na din competitions nila hehe
