@Pmzinos, depende sir...pwede mo iconvert ang PH license just take the 50items theoritical test, mostly common sense at road signs and regulations. The only restriction is that the date when you get first your license in PH should be earlier than the date when you get your PR here

Can I get professional driver's license directly in SG? I have my PH Non-Pro Driver's License with me.

pwede yata. pero may minimum number of months/years na dapat na issue yung PH driver's license mo. not sure though. check their website na lang haha

basta yung PH license mo nakuha mo bago ka nagSG....
50 items lang yung theoritical exam, more on common sense, lalo na kung nagdadrive ka na talga...then review on road signs and regulations dito...their newest driving theory book would be enough to review and pass the exam...45/50 minimum score..

it is expired about 3 years na and when i renewed this august sabi dapat sa east avenue na daw kasi more than 2 yrs ng expired and i have to retake all the tests, parang back to zero

i am planning to renew/retake this december pag-uwi ng pinas..

please advice if I can get SG driving license, thanks

It does not matter whether you are a PR or not... its the same process you have to apply a learners drivers license and go through the whole process... and in addition it will cost you $$$$ na dapat pang baon mo na lang sa OZ...

Mas maganda pa ring kumuha ka sa pilipinas... mas makamura ka pa...

@pmzinoz - yes you can. but you need to get a certification from LTO stating when you were granted the license to drive and the classes of vehicles you are legally allowed to drive

Baka lng po maymakapag payo sa mga na visa grant na po. Ano ang considerations nyo ng choosing the date on the final move? Except po sa bonus and aws factor na talaga iniintay natin after dec. meron po ba mga cases na meron nagdecide to delay muna?

Kasi po meron kmi flat and dami pa outstanding loans as per my computation malaki po masave namin if we delay later a year ang move. Wise po ba na tapusin ito loan or offset na lng sa savings namin? :-(

And baka meron po makapagshare ng tips on must have na worth bilhin dito sa sg before the final move?

aside po s mga factors na namention nyo, maybe deciding factor dn if plan nyo mag migrate as a family or mauna muna c husband and wait muna na makahanap ng work dto and makapag settle. Kung mag mo move po kayo as family with the cost of living here i consider nyo pong mabuti ung magiging expenses nyo since medyo may kamahalan dto. If both of u r working in SG, cguro mabuti po maiwan muna ung 1 dyan habang nag se settle ng mga loans/others , then the other 1 to go here and start looking for a job para mas madali na for the other family members and hindi ganong ma deplete ung savings nyo.

@pmzinos, pwede po yan, basta bago kayo magpasked ng theoritical exam make sure na nakarenew na kayo ng PH DL, tatanungin kayo sa licensing section kung kelan kayo first na nakakuha ng License, and it would be better as @Btarroja213 stated na meron kayo certification kung kelan kayo unang nagkaroon ng lisensya..

hello sg peeps...kagagaling q lng po ng bukit batok driving center..ng enroll ako for theory exam (11.35$ lng po) wala po ciang kasamang practice exam etc. just the test lng po on specific date ( available dates as of now is dec 21-24) ang dala ko lng na docs ay ang IC ko which is iyon lng tlga ang hiningi and also the online pre enrollment form(nasa website dn un)aside from that, Expired na po ang license ko(will renew pag uwi ng pinas this xmas) kaya ndi ko muna kinuha ang available scheduled dates...then they will only asked if you have a foreign drivers license... less the 30 mins lang po ang proseso...i plan to take the exam this january...hope this help..so enroll na!

Di ko gets kung ano mas maganda kunin sa pinas. Kahit anong driver's license mo basta hindi recognized kelangan ka mag learner's license but whether you need to go thru the whole process case to case basis yata ito kasi kung basahin mo RTA website, kelangan mag learner then do your P1/P2. Para sa akin binagsak ko driving exam ko got a learner's tried again a 2nd time then they issued me a full license. Di na kelangan dumaan ng P1/P2.

question lang po: alin mas mura na courier for my skills assessment? DHL or mag-speedpost ako ng Singpost? lagi kasi ang daming tao sa Singpost. eh yung dhl sa cheers or esso or fairprice express lang. lahat malapit sa amin. thanks po sa sasagot.

Kabayan, you have to check yung limit mo sa dbs kasi yung sa akin nakalimit sya sa 5k dati so hareject yng payment ko kahit n enough yung balance ko sa debit card. What i did is call DBS hotline and konting tanong tanong kung magkano yng babayaran at para saan. After that, inincrease yng limit ko to 8k valid for a day. Niretry ko yng payment after 5 minutes and then ok oredi!

Mas mura DHL bro, pero mas mura and mas mabilis ang FedEx. Lalo na pag sa main office sa Beach Rd mo ihulog. Dun sa concord building. Sa office reception ka lang mag transact sa 26th floor.
