    @_BABYMUDisLavish..Congrats.. So kailan ka uwi ng Pinas? Para ma 100% visa grant kna talaga.

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)
    12-01-13: CO allocated and nomination approved
    18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    @nfronda Yes I attended the counseling already.. Will be getting the sticker once I have the visa on hand. Anything more that I haven't done? What do you think?

    @ringring hehehe.. may sinigang mix sa filipino store here in AU.. :) What I always don't forget to bring though is the ginisa mix or seasonings... how are you doing with your app?

    By the way, wla bang magic sarap sa pinoy store jan sa inyo? dito kasi samin merun..

    @nfronda thanks you so much and for the information.. at least, I'm all good now with the requirements before going.. I think we don't have the magic sarap brand in our Filipino store here in Darwin. They have a different brand, which I don't like. Forgot what's the name. As I'm very much familiar with Magic Sarap only.. hehehehe Do we need the SSS, Pag-ibig filings with POEA by the way?

    I don't have idea regarding SSS, Pag-ibig filings with POEA. Never ko pang narinig na kailangan yan..

    14 May 13 - Application received by Australian Embassy Manila
    18 May 13 - Received Acknowledgement Letter (Requested to undertake Medical Examination & to file request for NSO copies of Birth Cert. and Marriage Cert.)
    22 May 13 - Medical Examination Done at NHSI - Cebu
    29 May 13 - Received an email from NSO confirming that docs requested were received by VIAC
    01 July 13 - CO allocated as confirmed by CSR from the Immigration (No details)
    14 Nov 13 - Spouse Visa (309) Granted
    12 Jan 14 - Arrival in Adelaide

    Jan 17, 2013 - Acknowlegement Email received, request NSO and medical
    Jan 25, 2013 - Health check
    Apr 27, 2013 - Sent an enquiry email to Embassy
    May 3, 2013 - Received reply from Embassy, CO was allocated to my application, no additional docs requested...
    July 5, 2013 - Submitted additional doc
    July 12, 2013 - Resent additional doc
    July 18, 2013 - VISA granted!!!
    July 22, 2013 - Touch Down... Sydney Australia :)
    Dec. 03, 2014 - Immi sent notice/letter requesting documents for PR
    Feb. 09, 2014 - Application for 2nd Stage (PR 801) sent online... Waiting game starts again...

    Well done. Looking at the dates it appears immigration let the application wait 6 months before blowing off the dust and rubber stamping it.
    With luck in 3 more weeks our turn will come, very tight timing with xmas close and a high airfare January following.

    7th June 2013 subclass 309 application lodged.
    A few months later CO appointed, medical done and extra documents tendered.
    Waiting.....waiting.

    @forevern4always @ringring Since I have a foreign partner, just the counseling nlng? No PDOS anymore? Need clarifications before going on 3 December 2013. I have attended the Counseling already, just the sticker left for me to do. Just wanna make sure that I'm not gonna be held up in the airport hehehe... Passport, Counseling with sticker affixed in passport, Visa Grant, and any other things as requirements before the Immigration? Please and thank you :)
