    Not a good day for me as well. :( Sumabit ako sa di ko pa inaasahan..

    Here are my scores (BC Manila):
    Listening - 7.5
    Reading - 6.5
    Writing - 7.5
    Speaking - 7.5
    Naku, same tayo ng first take. Naubusan ako ng time sa reading... :-S
    Ako naman po hindi naubusan ng time sa reading. Nagkaron pa yata ako mga 10 minutes excess time. Hirap lang talaga ako sa T, F, NG type questions. Hayahay na rin, kala ko sa speaking and writing ako sasabit e. Haha

    Ngayon kelan na ako dapat mag-take and san? BC pa rin or IDP naman?

    @sonsi_03 Cge sir. Na first blood ko IELTS. hehe lam ko nun natapos un writing exam nde most likely 6 pero nde below. enough lang mgpassess sa EA. Ngyn nga nga. hehe Take ulit ako. Aral and practice ako tlga. Sayang 320 ko dagdag sana sa ps4 na gusto ko LOL. Cge sir maraming salamat at sana mkagraduate na tayo sa thread na to hehe
    Alamak! PS4 ah! Haha, ako nga yung pinakamimithi kong bass guitar na mabibili ko na sana postponed muna para me pang register sa IDP. 310 lang daw dun sir check ko pa kung pwede speaking saturday din. Abang na application form ko. Konting itataas na lang ng score yan.

    @filipinacpa - move on kaagad at magplan ng next take. Okay lang yan, di ka nag iisa sama sama pa rin tayong magkakamit ng sweet revenge

    Wala naman pong matibay na basehan kung mas okay ang IDP pero parang nagtampo lang ako sa BC Sg kaya i'll give a try to IDP dapat nga last time pa ako nag IDP inisip ko lang may experience ako sa BC pero at this time mag iiba ng examiner. Tinanong ko nga BC kung ilan ang examiner kasi baka iisa lang yun haha

    Ako nga din hirap sa T,F,NG. Dapat kasi pala huwag umasa sa knowledge mo. Kasi mag assume ka na T, or F based on your knowledge, Not Given pala.... :-S

    Anyway, practice-practice lang. Naubos mo na ba Cambridge Practice Tests 1-9?

    well, right after ng speaking ko sa BC Manila lumong lumo ako kala ko kasi sablay talaga kasi parang di man lang ako nginingitian nung examiner ko. Pinay siya tapos medyo may edad pa at babae.. siya rin kaya maging examiner ko nextime? lol

    well, right after ng speaking ko sa BC Manila lumong lumo ako kala ko kasi sablay talaga kasi parang di man lang ako nginingitian nung examiner ko. Pinay siya tapos medyo may edad pa at babae.. siya rin kaya maging examiner ko nextime? lol
    Hindi sinabi kung ilan.
    Mas matindi pa to kesa sa PRC Licensure exam ko at Calculus ko noon haha

    Anyways, sige lang tayo ng sige kung kanin at sabaw nga unli, IELTS test UNLI din!

    @ca_pogi - at least sa reading, sir justified na me mga mali, eh kapag sa writing at speaking naku magdadalawang isip ka pa kung re-mark o retake at least ito rektang re-take di ba.
    Ako rin nung lumabas result ko mahigit sampung beses ako nag-refresh ng page yun pa rin talaga, maski yung TRF yun talaga eh kamote talaga oo.

    Medyo naguguluhan ako ngayon at this point kung san magtake nextime. I found this article regarding IDP vs BC: (source: http://www.ielts-blog.com/1/easier-ielts-exams-at-idp-or-at-british-council/)

    "For example, in Vietnam, according to an IELTS Tutor Laura (not a real name) and her students, British Council scores tend to be at least 0.5 or 1.0 lower than those of IDP. According to some of Laura’s students, IDP favors students who have taken the IDP IELTS preparation course by giving them higher speaking and writing grades. Laura thinks that this could also be due to the fact that students feel more comfortable with the examiners they already know, especially during the speaking test.

    Laura’s friends also said that IDP’s reading questions seemed more straightforward; the students felt they were easier than the Cambridge past papers and practice tests. On the other hand, she personally took the exam at the British Council and felt absolutely no bias on the examiner’s side – but she hadn’t had the chance to compare it to IDP.

    So there you go, people in India and Vietnam think that IDP gives easier exams than the British Council does – especially if you participate in a preparation course."
