    @trishaiara, good job especially on the Speaking part :) hopefully remarking will get your writing to an 8, hopefully :)

    @glaiza1210 & @ bevs_castle24, dun po sa top part ng website na ito mayroon po tayong "IELTS Reviewers" link, andun po yung mga shinare kong reviewers :)

    Dun sa Writing Exam pala, mag print na lang po kayo at huwag cursive kasi posibleng hindi maintindihan ng assessor yung sulat niyo :)

    Good luck everyone...as you can see, a "9" is possible :D Huwag lang grade-conscious masyado. If you focus on the exam and not on the grade, you may be pleased with the outcome :)

    @trishaiara yes try for a remarking. Taas naman kasi yung ibang subtests kaya baka mahatak pa yung grades mo sa writing. Good Luck!

    oh noh nagcursive ako knina sa exam kase un ung andon sa tips hehehe tska mas mabilis kase ako magsulat pag nagcursive ako, un nga lang hindi ko alam if legible sya. haaay torture ung 13 days na waiting time. hehehe

    hi folks! eto ung additional tips ko for ielts. but before anything else, pray for favorable results and for God's guidance during the tests.
    1. review the 101 tips from lokiJr. it really helped me a lot with the listening and reading modules. yung ibang tips binasa ko pa ng paulit ulit. veryhelpful din ung tips don about speaking and writing.
    2. another good material is target band 7 ata un, nakuha ko from jclem ata. hehehe napakauseful din ng tips don.
    3. for writing ok ung websites na: writefix.com; ieltsielts.com; ielts-blog.com
    4. practice, practice, practice. ideally 2-3 hours a day. focus on the parts kung san nagkakamali. sa writing icheck against the model answer. yung listening and reading, basahin muna questions and try to search for the answers by listening intently. actually lahat to andun din sa 101 tips. if you are taking the exam with bc, maximize their online sample tests and tips. dami kaseng additional insights din don. sa ortigas nagpractice din ako sa free resource center nila. mas mahirap pa nga ung sample tests nila kesa sa actual exam. heheheh try to read a lot of good materials rin to help with improving your writing composition.
    5.be confident during the exam day after all the preps. nakakasira kase ang kaba, distracting din.

    im still waiting for my results.. pero so far eto mga inapply ko. nagcursive ako sa writing pero sabi nga, di naman daw required. heheheh hope this helps..

    Let me share something here.. May officemate ako na nag take last March 17 ng IELTS and she got a perfect score in Reading and Listening tapos sa writing and speaking both 7.. Grabe as in walng aral aral sya but she's a wide reader and may blog sya.. Plan nyang mag study (gusto mag apply ng scholarship).. Qualified immigrant sana kaso ayaw nya namamahalan sa gastos.. Anyways, I think malaking edge yata kapag wide reader ka..Mahilig syang magbasa ng mga libro na ang kakapal tapos isang weekend lang ubos nya at mabilis syang magbasa din.. Nanliit tuloy ako sa knya(d naman sa pag seself pity daming take ko na din kasi).. I gave her some reviewers and she didn't even bother to print and review it... Malaking bagay pala yung palabasa ka from the start..

    EOI created: Feb 2015 applied SS to NSW but failed (waited for year pero ayaw pa din)

    @trishaiara congrats! your ielts result are so impressive! now lang ako nakakita ng ganyang 3 straight 9's sa ielts... native speaker ka ata :) tama ang sabi ng iba dito sa forum, try the remarking sa writing baka sakali maging 8 = 20pts na agad :)

    @cinnamon , i think what your classmate's advantage is pressure-free. i mean, IELTS is really easy kapag hindi ka kinakabahan unlike us na masyado tayong kinakabahan because we are afraid to fail for our dreams. Ako hindi man lang ako kinabahan sa board exam ko pero dito sa IELTS walangjo, mahihimatay ako sa kaba,haha. though, yes i agree, malaking bagay talaga ung palabasa ka but also ung mind setting din. isa kasi sa nakakapagbigai ng pressure sa mga ielts takers is ung review, habang marami ung nirereview mo mas dumarami din ung pressure plus ung score na kelangan i-achieve since we are after the points. so un. wag kang mainsecure sa classmate mo,hahaha. joke.

THANK YOU LORD!!! I December 04,2012 - initial entry as stated in the visa grant notification

    In fairness hindi naman ako palabasang tao pero maganda naman kinalabasan ng Reading ko rin hehe...sabi nga ni unanimous21, it's all in the mind :)

    GOOD NEWS pala sa mga naghahanap ng review classes. May promo uli ang Niner. 51 hours of training for php999 :)

    @unanimous: Heheh d naman ako insecure sa kanya well parang napahiya lang ako sa sarili ko kasi nakakilan na ako tapos laging mababa ang scores ko sa reading though I have to agree with you na i'm pressured kasi may ini aim na scores eh at oo sobrang kabado ako.. I guess practice talaga sya.. Sana lang this time ma kuha kona ang scores na required.. sabagay sya 6.5 lang ang required nya kasi student visa lang ang gusto nya (OBS na yan).. D naman siguro basihan ng talino sa IELTS d ba heehe..

    PTE Test: Took July 2015 failed
