Hi@LAdyVA, salamat sa reply mo at least mas nakakapag-isip kami ng husto about respall, mas maganda ang way of payment nya rather than global visa halos parehas din ang pf nila. Ang hubby ko panay na ang review for IELTS and then after that we will think thoroughly kung respall or do-it-yourself for skills assessment.

hello guys! respall is also my migration agent. Ok nmn sila, mas mahal nga lang professional fee nila but very flexible sila sa payment terms. They also conduct IELTS review every sunday and sila naghahanap ng state sponsorship that will fit your situation. You will just provide them the necessary documents, sila na din nagpapanotarize and you may ask any question about your application. Very honest din sila about your chances on your visa application and they will find and suggest other options for you.

hi Nico_AU_Dream , pde mo isend sa respall yung scan copy ng initial docs mo, kse yung skin binigay ko sa kanila yung original copies ng docs ko then they just scan it and binalik din sakin yung mga docs. Piniprint nila yung scan copy then sila na nagpapanotarize nun.

This is my firs may join dito.

@jack we cannot answer your question by just either a yes or no... the real answer is.. it depends on your situation..

    - if you have the time to check/understand the requirements
    - whether your case is simple/straighforward/not complicated
    - and most importantly, whether you have the money to pay the agent ...

    hi jack welcome to pinoyau.info.

as per IMMI.gov.au hindi required ang agent. but masasabi ko lang e... mas may peace of mind pag may agent or kung ayaw mo research ng pagkarami rami agent will save you a lot of time.

The rest of the docs scanned copies na lang. Pero I heard from our handler, Triny, na puro electronic submissions na lang ngayon. Sorry again for the late reply. :)

@jhiela23 Respall handled everything na po. Bale, di na kami nag EOI kasi nag State Sponsorship kami. Pagkagrant ng State Sponsorship, nag lodge kami ng application Dec, did the medicals, waited for the NBI, FBI, German Penal Clearance, then got our visa granted April 22! So thank you for the good luck! :) let me know how your application goes. Good luck to you as well!

@jack I agree with @aolee, mas may peace of mind pag may agent. In our case, we didn't have the know-how, time and opportunity, or the time to get the know-how, :) to handle our own application. We decided the professional fee for our family of 4 is sufficient payment for this. We have also lived in three countries in the past 8 yrs and deciding which documents to process would have driven me crazy. Respall just emailed us with whatever steps we needed to take.

I always recommend they process they're own. They're all single, I can help them if they have questions, and over the process, they will find out, ultimately, kung gusto talaga nila mag migrate sa Australia. Migrating is always a big decision, full of risks, but with preparation, a little luck, and a lot of God's help, it will happen for you. Tatagan lang ng loob. Good luck!

Hi everyone, my first time to post. this forum is so helpful and thanks everyone who shared their personal experiences so others may be well-advised. wish i stumbled upon this earlier maybe then i could have really chosen well fr among all the agents.. anyways, curious lang ako, those who availed the services of an agent, were there other so-called relevant fees that you paid after settling the lodging fee which is the most expensive fee of all? or after paying the lodging fee wala nang additional charges? dun kasi sa agent ko, they're asking for additional fees e.g. handling fee and visa screening fee which comes with the lodging of application...may ganon ba talaga? hope someone can enlighten me on this. I've not yet lodged my application as im still waiting for my IELTS results and to follow pa skills assessment ko. thanks in advance! :-)

@cessam06, hello and welcome to this forum. in our case, we don't have those additional fees. the contract which I signed covers everything from the signing fee, skills assessment fee, state sponsorship, visa lodging, completion of the final requirements asked by the case officer, and other assistance until visa grant. wala ng hininging extra pa yung agent namin.

@jvframos thanks for the reply, appreciate it. Some here have mentioned the prof fee of agents like respall. Minus the prof. Fee, is it ok to inquire how much inabot yun sa case mo? I know d lodging fee alone is now at $3060. I'm just getting a bit wary of my agent and now thinking if I should proceed getting their services...wala pa naman kc aq sa skills assessment stage and still a long shot fr lodging d application....I just need a point of comparison so id know if what they're asking is reasonable and within acceptable rates. Thanks in advance :-)

@mikai Hi. I was backreading the posts in this forum kasi we are in the process of applying for subclass 189. My husband is also a mechanical engineer (nakita ko sa signature mo na mech eng ka hehe). I just wanted to ask how you went about looking for a job. How long before it took you to find one, and saan state ka nagpunta.

hi again. pardon as i don't know where to post this question. this is not agent-related but this has been nagging me after reading some reference materials. ang question ko is - especially to those who availed of the state sponsorhip - how stringent are they in implementing the rule that if you got in through SS, you can only live and work in a regional or low population growth area? i'm not in the SOL kase so i can't have my family sponsor me, instead have to opt for SS because i'm listed in the CSOL. pag sponsored by relative, as i understood it, that's when you can work in the "designated" areas or big cities where opportunities for employment are also greater. so does this mean na pag na-approve thru SS, dun ka lang pwede tumira sa mga less-populated areas? i'm having second thoughts about SS since syempre gusto ko to stay muna with my relatives lalo na since pag dating ko dun wala pa kong work. are there any available links where we can find which areas in australia are considered "designated" and which are "regional or low population growth"? will really appreciate an informed reply on this. mahirap kasi not knowing what to expect when the visa is granted. thanks in advance :-)

Hello po sa inyong lahat. I'm a newbie here. :)

I have been planning to migrate to Australia but I really don't know where to start. I have been reading some of the threads here and I figured it will be best if I get an agent to help/guide me with my application. Sa tingin ko po kasi kailangan ko ng agent to guide me kasi yung work ko hindi naman in demand like IT or Engineering. Advertising industry kasi line of work ko. Any recommendation po for a tried and trusted agent? Thanks in advance!

Since nowadays hirap n maghanap ng hospital n ngiisponsor im planning to apply for a 190 or 489 visa kaya lng kulang ako ng 5 point for the experience since kulang sya and wala nga ko ma pprovide na paylsip etc.. So im plannning to apply for a state sponsorship preferrably NSW or any state na qualify ako at mabilis.. And i will apply everything from here in Philippines. My questions are..

    1. Lahat ba ng state my requirements na prrof of funds for state nomination? Kc prng my nresearch ko ung iba meron nga like 20 to 30k.. If not anong state ang walang ganung reqt..nand if requirement din un sa actual application na ng visa

    2. Is it true na to be come approved for state nomination ung ibang state ng rerequire na u need to have a job offer already from that state or currently working on that state or have lived there for a period of time.. Parang my nbsa akong ganun.. (Like sa NSW, sbi skin nung friend ko my nakausap daw sya previous employee dun sa office n ng aayos ng mga SS and sabi importand daw tlga ung COE na proof n currently working ka sa NSW and it will give u chance to become approve for SS)

    3. May impact kaya sa application ko for PR and SS na di na current ung hospital experience ko like last December 2012 pa.. And also kung may impact na currently working ako as call center pero in a medical field naman. Kasi requirement na nurse ka for that call center account.

In short, my situation is i dont have 20 to 30k aud to prive as proof of fund for SS, my hospital experience is not current and last december 12 pa, i dont have payslips, itr etc to support my employment, i only have COE, im currently working in a call center but its specifically for nurses.

Given my "nobela" hehe ano kaya g chance ko maapprove ang state nomination and 190 visa ko?
The rest of my requirements are ok nmn like ielts..un lng tlga na mentioned above.
