From Philippines to AU I think it depends on how much you want to transfer to AU, talk to your bank in Pinas. I remember just withdrawing it thru my BDO debit card at ATM here in SA.

I prefer big banks like Commonwealth and ANZ since madami sila ATM wherever in Australia.

Hi Ren... thanks po. Mukhang Citibank napo gagamitin ko since libre ang transfer from Singapore to AU.
May tanong lang po ako regarding short term lease like 1 month. Meron po ba kayong alam na website nito?
Halos po ang mamahal ng nakikita ko sa google. Umaabot ng 600 to 800 aud per week.

Wala kasi kaming kakilala at kamag anak dyan so walang matutuluyan.

@Ringo bro bka etong ginawa ko makatulong sa concern mo..Just recently arrived here in SA. ginawa ko; brought some cash (10K AUD naman limit - pero wala ako nun!hahaha) then some money nag request ako ng bank draft (in my case sa BPI)..bale ang money on my BPI account kinonvert sa AUD then they will issue you a draft o parang cheque na pwede mo diposit sa account mo rito...open ka lng ng account rito pag dating mo...

at least di lahat ng cash mo in hand! hope nkatulong...

Hi guys,
Just new dito sa pinoyau.info...i hope this is the correct thread. Just got our 489 visa today and our initial entry date is Feb 22 2014. Can anybody suggest saan maganda maghanap ng apartment/house to rent in Adelaide? Kasama ko pamangkin ko so probably 2 bedroom sana. Will be travelling into Au on the 2nd week of Feb and tuloy tuloy na, is it possible na makahanap while still overseas? Or anybody know some place for rent? Thank you and hope to meet some of you guys in the near future.

Hello everyone, currently here in NSW, not really having any luck with jobs as well as with other things... we are on a 475 (temporary resident) visa, and we are thinking of moving state... I heard all of SA is considered regional kaya we are considering Adelaide. Just wanted to know if abundant ba ang jobs diyan? Former teacher ako sa Phil. but currently working in a takeaway shop here for a year already. Thanks in advance.

nakapag apply na ako mga sir nang IELTS at magtake ako nang exam sa feb 1st...

question: architecture yung occupation ko sa list of skills sa au..specially adelaide...

ano po yung skills assessment at paano po process nito?...kinakabahan kasi ako baka makalusot at makakuha nga ako good grade sa IELTS biglang rejected naman skills assessment or simpleng verification lang nang degree at qualifications ko yun?....

btw papaano babayaran yung sa ganun may hindi kasi ako maintindihan na clause sa form M yung pipirmahan ko...salamat...po sa makakatulong
