  Hello po! Any updates po ba sa mga nakalipat na sa Perth? Balak po sana naming magrent ng room through airbnb tapos hanap ng work at bahay bago dalhin ang mga bata. Mayroon po kaya kaming mahahanap na rentals through contacts rather than going through an agent? Parang marami kaming nabasa na horror stories sa pagrerent ng bahay..

  naghahanap din po ako ng accommodation kahit temporary lang (kahit 2weeks or couple of months).. couple with 2 kids (2yr & 4yr old) po kmi, arriving on 1st week April sa Perth..pls pm po if may alam kayo na pde nmin ma rent.. TIA!

  @kalamaysi hi saw your post. Nag book ako sa airbnb for 29 nights. Costly siya since per night ang charging nya. Yun cheapest rent I can find for a single room is AUD 1200. When I arrived here, dun ko,lang nalaman na costly siya. Try mo easy flatmates.au, then flatmates.au. I'm renting right now is AUD 180 per week so AUD 720 per month. Inclusive of everything. Not sure ano rate for couple and family. Yung lowest is 150 per week, depende kasi sa location minsan. Yun na rent ko sa airbnb, Hindi ko na natapos, after 3 weeks, alis na ko. Super init, wala sila air con. Hope this helps, hirap kasi pag wala pa tayo idea sa lugar.
