  @engr_boy, nagprint ako nung summary ng valid visa application, original at photocopy ng passport, 2pcs passport size photos.
  
  Dala ka na rin ng extra ID para iiwan sa reception counter sa baba. Pagkakuha mo ng queue number, fill up ka kaagad ng form.
  
  I suggest kung kaya mo din lang pumunta dun ng maaga, punta ka na rin before 8:30am. Bago mag 9am, tapos ka na. Wala naman kasi pila dun tsaka mabilis lang ang proseso. 3weeks din kasi bago marelease ung certificate so baka end of February mo pa makukuha. Close sila pag holiday so check mo na rin kung ok ka punta ng January30.

  yung mga nagpa fingerprint sa Australian Police for NBI clearance. Pinadala niyo pa ba sa Philippine embassy yung form 5 for authentication after kayo nagpa fingerprint sa Austalian police or hindi na? pwede ba ipadala kaagad sa Pinas yung form kahit hindi na ipa authenticate sa embassy?

  @mitchy_cpa ano po bang expiry date ng old nbi nyo? kc po aq need q din magrenew pero naguguluhan po aq sa process..meron po aqng green card which is expired last 2011,ok n po ba yun or need ng fingerprint?

  @mitchy_cpa hi there, im from dubai. I just called Ms. sandra regarding my renewal of nbi.
  i told her that i still have old nbi clearance expired 2011. sabi nya ipadala q lang daw ung original old clearance sknya at Php 200 at ung form na makukuha sa nbiclearance.com (to be filled up) along with 2x2 photo and passport copy. ung 200pesos kasama na dun ung pag mail back nila sa inyo ng new nbi clearance.and you can send multiple clearances in one courier para dun sa gustong makisabay ng renewal na kaibigan o kamag anak. ang ginawa q gumwa padin aq ng authorization letter para irenew un doc ni Ms. sandra just to make sure. im planning to send cash along with the requirements kc hassle ang pagkuha ng bank draft. wag nalangsabihin sa courier guy na may cash sa loob dhl baka ipending nila ung courier.

  @sallylavalle did the same thing and got my NBI clearance from Ms. Sandra also. I gave extra cash though so that she can send it through DHL rather than snail mail.

  Hi...just want to clarify, kung meron ba old original NBI clearance naka attached sa application hindi na kailangan ng fingerprints dun sa application form? mahal kasi bayad magpa fingerprint dito Australia.
  
  Pwede po ba Do-it-yourself fingerprint taking kung may naka attached naman na old NBI clearance expired 2012? or kelangan talaga sa Australian Police station/Philippine embassy magpa fingerprint?

  1. Contact Ms. Sandra Sobida thru mobile # 09156893113
  2. Send thru her EMAIL address the following:
  - scanned filled out form from the nbi website using my address abroad
  - scanned 2x2 picture with white background
  - scanned old nbi clearance
  - scanned passport
  3. Send payment through western union. Note: 115 pesos per clearance plus xxx pesos depends if ordinary mail lang or courier (DHL).
