May nagkaproblema ba dito regarding scar sa lungs due to ptb history?

@vhoythoy ako may ptb history pero wala nang scar. So far 2 weeks after na clear na medical ko. Sa mga nakalap ko, pag may scar ka ipapa sputum test ka nila kahit na magaling kana.

ako din may history ng PTB pero x-rays ko mula noong 2010, 2011, 2012 at 2013, lahat e clear lungs and normal chest study. dadalhin ko na lang lahat ng to pag nagpamedical ako sa Monday pati na rin yung clearance at certificate na I undergone anti-tb treatment. sana no further medical exams required na.. Hi all share ko lang ung case ko so ul not worry too much. I have PTB history at may scar but di na q nirequire na magsputum. Icomplete nyo lang ng lhat ng requirements nila. I submitted certification from my pulmo na uve undergone d six months treatment at detailed info ng medicines na ininom mo including d dosage at timing. Also swerte i have xray na softcopy on cd na few months ago so dun n lang nila compare ung current xray ko. Its better dw nA hnd film kasi it can be sent via email lang unlike film na nid pa icourier thus longer ung processing. Mga 6 weeks lang after maupload ng slec ung medicals ko visa grant na agad.Thank You po Lord!!!

yup naglodge nko visa nung dec 19 wait nlang CO. Naattached ko na lahat medical, nbi, form 80 etc. kaso may maliit na scar ako sa right lung kaya baka i require pa ako mag sputum test so additional delay pa un na mga 3 months. If hindi na ako require expected ko na visa grant na.

dito ako sa singapore nagpamedical sa may point orchard para just in case mag require sputum malapit lang. Sinubmit din nila photocopy ng medical certificate from from pulmo pero dated 2009 pa yun. Ok na daw un sabi ng doctor pero lets see. Ok lang din nman magpa sputum, pero hassle tlaga sa tgal. Excited nrin ako hehe

For us na narefer din, finally got our visa grant today, two hours ago I received the email. Exactly 3 weeks from date of referral to MOC.

@anneoz08 after nung medical naming sa SLEC-BGC, nirefer pa ko for pulmonary evaluation sa SLEC-Ermita dahil sa declaration ko ng PTB history. I brought all available x-ray films (oldest is year 2012), medical clearances from my doctor and all. yung oldest x-ray lang kinuha nila for comparison. Sabi nung pulmo ng SLEC-Ermita, yung mga spots ko is indiscernible (cannot be seen/not clearly distinguished na) sa x-ray film kasi minimal-ptb lang naman history ko. need pa I-magnify / zoom in yung x-ray sa CD (lates x-ray c/o SLEC-BGC) to see little white spots. Tinanong ko if need ko na ba mag-sputum, sabi nya, since no changes naman sa itsura ng x-ray from my old and new, plus may cert ako for treatment, they will just forward everything to Global Health. Si Global Health na daw magdedecide if need pa ng sputum test. Nakaka-stress. Sana naman, hindi na ko I-require.. Please, pray for me, guys!

If complete n ung sinubmit mo na requirements like medical history ok n un, before ntatakot rin ako bka sputum which takes 3mons to be finalized...ganyan din sinabi ni slec skin, c global health mgdecide f mg sputum pa. Pero hnd nmn after 6 weeks ngpafill up n sila ng form 815 tas kinabukasan visa grant na.regarding s scar hnd ko alam, mga doc at med personnel lng nkakabasa nun:) think positive malapit n rin grant mo:D

Paano ba fill up at process tong form 815 Health undertaking? Binigay kasi to ng CO sa akin kasabay ng Visa grant. signed ko lang ba, scanned then send ko na ulit, or pagdating ko australia pa check up ako then saka ko forward sa CO?

Tapos ung HAP ID (for office use), clinic magfillup nun ba?

Sir, hiningian ka po ng additional test dahil sa high BP? Nagpamedical kmi kahapon and mataas ung BP ni hubby plus mejo overweight..waaahh, mukhang nanganganib din kmi n marefer sa MOC..huhuh

@chicagobohol ang pinaadd lng na test kay hubby is for hepa b and c, nagdeclare kasi xa ng blood transfusion nung naconfine xa dahil sa dengue..pero tests para sa high BP walang nabanggit..if you dont mind, itatanong ku sana kung anong BP mo nung nagmedical ka? Si hubby kasi is 140/100, 130/100..

Actually hindi sinabi ng doctor sa ami n kung ano basta sabi lang niya mataas daw then i told him na an hour before kami pumunta sa clinic i took a bp of my husband which was 137/87. He took down that bp but still requested for the creatinine test.

Yong sa akin hindi naman mataas ang bp ko at that time pero i declared kasi na i do have prescription for high blood

Recent lang ba yong blood transfusion ng hubby mo? Ako kasi di ko na binanggit yong sa akin. I had a blood transfusion noong 2005 tapos ok naman ang mga annual exam ko

2008 p ung blood transfusion nya..sana pla di n din namin dineclare..nasingil pa tuloy kami..ahaha..another question pla, kapag ba "no health examination required.." ung nagappear sa evisa, ibig sabihin b nun nareview n ng DIBP ung result and clear na ung medical? Yan n kasi nakalagay kay hubby and baby eh, tapos ung saken ang status is submitted na daw kay DIBP..
