Hi All!

My husband and I have a spare room in our 2-bedroom modern apartment unit that we're willing to rent out. Our location is in Berala area, south-west of Sydney. Our place is 4-minute walk to train station and about 45-minute train ride to Sydney CBD. We are close to Woolworths Supermarket, Asian Restaurants, Shops, Cafe, Post office.

The building is new with a secured building access (key entry and intercom). The unit is in middle floor with a large L-shaped balcony. We are happy to share our basic appliances as well (washing machine, tv, fridge, microwave) which are all brand new.

If you have a car, it'll be a street parking as we're already using the building's parking. Street parking is pretty easy though as we are in a residential area with houses already having their own parking spaces.

We prefer professional, non-smoker, tidy, trustworthy couple or single female flatmate.

The rent is 180aud/week, INCLUDING ALL BILLS (electricity, gas, internet) for single female OR
The rent is 270aud/week, INCLUDING ALL BILLS (electricity, gas, internet) for couple

We require 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance as per standard practice.
