  Sept 2, 2013 completed upload of docs including NBI clearances, Forms 80 and 1221
  Sept. 12, 2013 CO assigned from Adelaide (Team 6, MB)
  Sept. 13, 2013 (Uploaded additional docs: diploma of secondary applicant)
  Sept 18, 2013 medicals referred to MOC according to CO
