    Tips pala: 9 months lang IED ko kasi ang NBI ko dated valid til January 23, 2015. So pwede kayong late na muna kumuha ng NBI kung balak nyong mahabang IED.

    @jantox yep, usually ied depends on the date of nbi clearance or medical, whichever yung nauna nyong kinuha. Samen march2015 pa ied namen kc march nadin kmi kumuha ng nbi clearance. So when kayo alis?hehe

    Nagemail sa akin ang DIBP ngayon, ito ang sabi:

    As advised by your previous case officer, the department has put a hold on all Skilled Nominated visa applications. At this point we are awaiting the go ahead from the Minister, until then you will need to check the website daily for any changes to this direction.

    I understand that the time taken to process your application may be causing concern to you and we hope to be able to process these visa applications in the near future.

    @markinoz thanks for sharing bro. uu nga eh, may delay daw for granting dhil almost at the planning limits na yung na-issue na grants for this year (which resets on July). Hopefully though, magdecide sila na igrant na lahat tayu sooner rather than later. :)

    anu occupation code mo? the closest one to our lodgement dates na nabasa ko na nabigyan ng 190 (VIC SS) grant is January 28 nag-lodge, granted sia ng visa kahapon - 4/2.. they have a long discussion about the grant-delays for 190s in expatforums as well.

    December 2013 (deferred until Feb 2014) - IELTS Take 2 (Aiming for atleast an 8 on all bands sa tulong ng review center this time)
    September 16 2013 - ACS Results : Suitable - Bachelors degree, 2 years experiences = 15 points
    August 9 2013 - IELTS Results: LR-9, S-7.5, W-7, OBS-8 = 10 points Salamat po Lord!
    July 27 2013 - IELTS Take 1 (hopefully first and last)

    @ShayShey 30 minutes po kasi per appointment, tapos 1 hour lang everyday ang allotted time nila per day kaya dalawang appointment lang po ang ina-accept nila sa isang araw. Tapos sabi nung manong na kumuha ng fingerprint namin, di naman daw sila binabayaran ng NBI kaya out of goodwill lang daw ang service nila. Sabi pa niya, ayaw daw nung ibang empleyado madumihan mga daliri nila kaya siya daw laging balagoong. Tiis-tiis lang po. kung kaya nyo po sumaglit sa Pilipinas mas mainam po.

    190 - VIC SS - 261311 (Analyst Programmer) ako @markinoz i haven't called DIBP yet to confirm my CO allocation, but my updates sa eVisa documents ko (changed to received na lahat last April 1)..

    on the positive light, at least you are already in Sydney/AU pre.. that's the first stage most of us offshore applicants are aspiring for.. :)
