Same company parin ako since 2009 so pwede kong maclaim yung experience up to now which is sakto April 2009 to April 2014 5yrs exp = 10 pts tama ba?

guys, how long ang validity ng COE?

hi! i have 2 questions i hope you can help me with.

1. do we need to have the NBI clearance when we apply for skills assessment with ACS? or only when we lodge our EOIs?
2. do we need to submit police clearance (EOI stage) from the countries that we lived in for more than 12 months, even if the inclusive dates are ages ago?

Hello!

Meron sa inyo nag-submit recently ng Statutory Declaration / Affidavit sa ACS? Yung case ko is similar to others na walang binibigay na detailed COE ang company.

Now, I'm working in Hong Kong and I have limited time to go back to Philippines, so yung concern ko is about sa process ng pag no-notarized ng Stat.Dec/Affidavit. I got ask my previous supervisors before to sign the Affidavit/Stat.Dec pero ang problem ko is required ba na in front of the Notary Public sila mag-ssign?

Medyo mahirap kasi yung favor na yun dahil they are at work and ayoko naman maging hassle sa kanila. Baka meron kayo mare-refer na notary public where they can notarize the document without signing the document in front of them?

Or any suggestions po?

hi guys, nakahingi na ako ng coe / affidavit sa previous employers ko, ask ko lang kung sufficient na ba yung ipa-certified true copy sa notary public khit yung ibang coe or affidavit ay wlang letterhead, but complete naman info ng signed supervisor/manager. thanks,.

@mlac23 ask ko lang regarding dun sa affidavit mo, napa-notarized mo ba kahit hindi nag-sign yung supervisor mo na nagdeclare sa harap ng notary public?

Your Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from ABC completed has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing.

The following employment after December 2007 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Dates: 12/05 - 08/06 (0yrs 8mths)

Dates: 08/06 - 09/09 (3yrs 1mths)

Dates: 11/10 - 03/13 (2yrs 4mths)

Dates: 03/13 - 01/14 (0yrs 10mths)

Ung isang company ko (I have 5 companies kase) hindi daw related sa ANZSCO Code which okay lang sakin kase iniexpect ko nrin. Question ko nalang is ilang points pwede ko i-declare sa Experience ko? hindi naman kase sinabi kung binawasan ako ng work experience eh. Start ba ng bilang ko is Dec 2007? Edi 6 years un? Pag binabawasan ba ung experience sinasabi din sa result?

I assumed I can claim 15 points para sa education ko (comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing). Not really sure kung ilang ung pwede ko I claim sa experience.

Dates: 09/09 - 06/10 (0yrs 0mths)
Position: Support Representative - Not Closely Related to the Nominated ANZSCO

As per ACS resutl, employment after December 2007 is considered to equate. Pano po tong isang company ko? After Dec 2007 employment ko dun eh (10 months). Bawasan ko ng 10 months ung experience ko from Dec 2007 up to present?

@avp pareho pla tayo ng case, need ko din ipa-notary public pero hindi rin present yung naka-pirma sa document, try ko baka may makita ako na pwede kahit hindi present yung naka-signed sa document

@Abraham kung anu sinabi sa assessment result, just follow that..

If its equivalent to au bachelor then its 15pts..

If it says starting from dec2007, then that means you can count all work exp that are suitable.. Dont count the exp that is not suitable, of course..

@lock_code2004 Thanks for your inputs. Actually, inulet ulet ko basahin ung PDF letter na galing ACS. Hindi ko lang na absorb ng maayos ung content the first I read it and nag post agad ako ng mga tanong dito sa forum. Sa sobrang kaba and excited siguro (mixed emotion eh hehehe

). Although I know that this is just the first step of the whole process.

They did removed 2 years from my experience since my Met Date was after December 2007. Getting the sum of all my skilled work experiences, I have 5 years and 3 months experience.

I saw from another topic (EOI SkillSelect - Point Test Table) which was created by @lock_code2004.

Skilled employment outside Australia
At least three but less than five years (of past 10 years) -5 pts
At least five but less than eight years (of past 10 years) -10 pts
At least eight and up to 10 years (of past 10 years) -15 pts

Upon asking Mr. Google, I bumped an IMMI site and it seems that Point Test Table posted by @lock_code2004 is still updated.

mga kapatid ongoing document gathering ako . tanung ko lang po requirement ng ACS for certificate of employment is yung my details ng ginagawa mo. Problem ko po kasi bankrupt napo yung dati ko company. Ala napo ko mababalikan pero nabigyan po nila ako ng COE na nakalagay lang dun yung length of stay ko. Pano ko po kaya ma-justify sa ACS to. @cgm, expect to receive email from ACS with outcome of assessment soon. in my case, i got the email first, then status showed up as 'case finalised' when i checked in ACS site.

@mann Checked my email and the results is there na pala in PDF form. Sa ACS website nakalagay na Case is Finalised pa din.

Same day kami ni @SpongeBobInAU nakatanggap ng results though he was about 4 days ahead of me. Updating my EOI na ang submitting shortly.

Hi,

I would like to solicit any opinion regarding my case. Basically, I graduated BS COE last July 2004 and started working right after at Company ABC as a contractual under Agency X. I was under this agency from July 2004 to October 2008 when Company ABC absorbed me on October 2008 as a Regular Employee up to present.

My roles during my entire employment changes but most of it are comparable to Systems Analyst (261112).

In the ACS Assessment Result, my work experience from July 2004 - October 2008 was not stated whether it is suitable or not. My initial suspect is that the Reference Letter that came from the Agency X does not mention my entire duties, which make it unsuitable (I think).

Below are my questions:
1. Is this possible that not all work experience will be stated in the letter, regardless if it is suitable or not?
2. Is it advisable to lodge a "Review" to ACS with an updated Reference Letter? Since I was under an agency but solely assigned to Company ABC. So, I plan to have this Agency X Reference letter counter signed by Company ABC and make sure duties and responsibilities are stated completely and correctly.
3. Notice that they have deducted 4 years on my second employment, while I am very sure that my work experience and as stated in the COmpany Reference Letter is closely related to the nominated occupation. Can anyone advise if this is subject for Review/Appeal?
