Tanong lang po, kung si wife po ang main applicant and habang ianantay ang result ng assessment ni hubby sa EA to claim 5 points sa partner skill..
Pede napo kaya mag lodge si wife ng EOI and lagay na agad na 5 points sa partner select ( since confident naman po kami na mag positive an assessment ni hubby )?
Di ba po 2 months naman ang timeline to lodge visa from invitation, and by that time may result na yung assessment ni hubby..
Any one can advise po ok lang ito?

As usual Standard lang yung stamp details nung lawyer "Certified True Copy", Lawyer's Name, Bar Roll ...
Kaso wala daw sila pang stamp ng Address and Contact Number nung Law Office, binigyan na lang ako ng business card nung law office and kung gusto ko raw ako na lang ang magsulat nung Address and Contact No. na kailangan...
Ok lang ba yun, ako na lang maghand-written nung Contact Details nila?
Meron po ba may alam dito na Law Office na pwedeng mag pa-CTC na naglalagay ng Law Office contact details?

Binigyan naman ako ng Business Card, pero hindi sya card nung "Lawyer", bale Business Card sya nung Law Office...
Example.. yung lawyer is si Atty. John Doe, then yung nakalagay sa Business Card na binigay is:

Etc, etc..

Hindi nakalagay yung name nung lawyer sa card... pero yung surname nya yung name ng office..

parehas pala tayong nag aantay. Nauna ung cdr mo samin ng 1 day. Inaantay ko lang mag 10 working days from when nanghingi ng PRC samin ung EA (last week un, april 3)... Tas iniisip ko mag email ever so politely to ask kung may result na... Kung nabasa na ung amin, for sure nabasa na ung iyo.
Balitaan mo ako pag may nakuha ka na. Balitaan din kita kung may makuha ako. Hehehe

Hindi kasi ako in-email nang EA kung meron additional requirements, kaya hindi rin ako sure kng naassess na yung sa akin, hopefully natapos sya ng walang aberya kaya panay hintay ako ng text from Manila kung may dumating na sulat.
Pwede ka magemail sa EA, sumasagot sila. (maliban dun sa auto-reply)

Required bang ilagay din yung References doon sa Excel sheet ng Skilled Employment Record or hindi naman?
@jepoy527 thanks bro, yun bang nilagay mong references sa CV puro mga work-related references from your previous companies (e.g. former boss, colleagues, etc..) or meron ka din "character" reference na iba ang field like previous professors, close friend, etc..?

"End Date" -- kung currently employed pa ako sa company, leave it blank lang ba or ilalagay ko yung current date?
"Contact Details (Tel/Fax/Email)" -- ito ba yung Contact Details nung nag-issue nung COE (like HR, etc) or yung Contact Details nung mismong Company?

dun naman sa contact details, nilagay ko ung nag sign ng reference letter ko. Sa akin kasi lahat ng signatories ng COE ko ay mga ex-boss ko..
don't forget to tell them na gagawin mo silang reference person...

Yung sa akin kasi parehas na HR nung gumawa nung COEs ko, yung sa company ko sa Pinas hindi ako personally kakilala nun kasi baguhan lang sya..
Then yung sa current company ko, ako actually gumawa nung COE with Detailed Job Description then pina-pirmahan ko sa HR Manager, pero hindi ko na sinabi sa kanya yung purpose ko kasi secret yung pag-aapply ko sa Australia..
Tinawagan ba ng EA yung mga References mo?

... may tanong pa pala ako regarding sa CPD..
Bale gumawa ako ng Table ng list ng lahat ng trainings na natatandaan ko..
Title, Date, Duration, Venue lang yung columns nung table... basically sinunod ko lang yung sinabi sa MSA Booklet..
Oks na ba yung ganun?
Then doon sa "Date" ng training, kailangan ba specific like "June 5, 2002" or pwedeng "June 2002" na lang?
Nasa resume ko kasi lahat ng trainings ko since 2002, pero Month and Year lang na-track kong dates..
