We currently have a vacancy within our Administration Team for an Office Manager based in our Sydney or Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
• Management of the administration team;
• Monitoring recurring administrative expenditure;
• Facilities management and security;
• Processing purchase orders through all stages in conjunction with the Finance Team;
• Managing and overseeing the coordination of all company travel bookings;
• Ad-hoc admin duties, including backup to Administration Officer(s), reception duties / greeting visitors to the office and accepting deliveries;
• Constantly looking for opportunities to improve administration processes and procedures in order to provide an efficient service to the business.
