Room to Let in Inner West

We a small family (3) and we have a room to let in the Inner West Suburbs
*10 mins walk to train/Malls
*15-20 mins to city
*Near Bus stops
*Large Room
*Queen-sized bed
*Large Fridge, Laundry Facilities
*Shared T/B
*Common Living Area
*Common Kitchen with Table for Eating

What we have/require:
*We have a cat (House broken and toilet trained, at least not allergic to fur)
*Shared bills (50% for Internet, Gas and Electricity)
*Tidy and subtle (we prefer a couple or female)
*Shared responsibilities (cleaning, dishes, etc)
*Weekly payments, 3 weeks notice, 4 weeks bond, 3 weeks advance

Negotiable rent (varies if you rent the room alone or with a partner)

We welcome new arrivals and help you around in your adjustments in the Land down Under!
