@IslanderndCity -mejo mahirap po sagutin yung tanong nyo regarding SA SS 190. Marami nga pong nag sasabi na mahirap maghanap ng work sa SA. Pero maganda sigurong i-check nyo yung options. Gaya nga ng sinabi ni isyut, weigh your options.
1st yung timeframe. Nagbabgo ang rules. If pasok ang profession mo today sa SA SS di natin alam bukas.
2nd, if 189 gusto mo you would know by yourself kung makukuha mo yung 7 sa ielts.
3rd pwede nyong i-try yung SA and move after two years kung ayaw nyo. Baka naman magustuhan nyo dun and you will land on a job that you like pero di nyo akalain na gusto nyo pala.

Tama po, rules keep on changing especially malapit na July when it usually occurs. I believe, it's more practical & efficient for me to opt for SA SS visa 190. Habang may opening pa for IE & sa nag-iisang state.

Lord God I trust in u that this is the best decision now.

@tartakobsky, so it means I will apply first sa SA SS separately? Once approve, then I will submit EOI & wait to be invited? Or I can do these (apply SA SS & submit EOI) simultaneously?

submit EOI po muna, tick 190 and SA only (seloso po SA)
tapos submit SA SS separately po. Once SA SS approved, automatic po ang invitation from DIBP. Locked na po ang EOI niyo and you have 60 days to lodge a valid visa application po.

@islanderndCity ...submit EOI first then apply for state sponsorship coz needed and EOI number during SS application..updated IELTS result will not be honored once the invitation is served unless antayin mo na magexpire yong invitation in 60 days..in that case pwede mo na update uli ang eoi and apply another sponsorship(if you still need one)..kung maincrease mo ang score mo qualified for 189 visa then mas ok kasi you can go wherever State you wanted

@islanderndCity ...submit EOI first then apply for state sponsorship coz needed and EOI number during SS application..updated IELTS result will not be honored once the invitation is served unless antayin mo na magexpire yong invitation in 60 days..in that case pwede mo na update uli ang eoi and apply another sponsorship(if you still need one)..kung maincrease mo ang score mo qualified for 189 visa then mas ok kasi you can go wherever State you wanted

@islanderndcity ..depende sa state, kung naglapse na 60 days at di ka nagapply, you can apply another state sponsorship..nasa state na kung bigyan ka uli ng sponsorship...you can also apply state sponsorship sabay with other states provided na nadon din occupation mo sa state occupation list...DIBP dept of immigration and border protection...may skills assessment ka na ba?

@islanderndcity you can check in other state's website...since you already submitted SA sponsorship, then just go for it...what visa are you applying? 190 or 489?

yes, nadownload ko na po. I'm looking into it na. andami info needed. pero few people here in PinoyAu suggest na pwede ko kumpletohin muna ang nbi, police, & medical clearances. my visa application maybe granted daw DIRECTLY without CO requiring for form 80

@IslanderndCity 150-200$ per week room rental is already cheap considering free internet and utilities..if you are going to rent unfurnished house, rental would be around 300 and up per week depending on location and number of rooms. Weekly grocery around $100..water and electricity are on quarterly basis..maybe minimum 100$ kung tipid na talaga :-). Bus regular fares 3.20$ unlimited within 2 hours..metrocard is cheaper and you might qualify for a more cheaper concession rates. You can get prepaid sim at 30$-60 days expiry para lang may matawagan ang inaapplyan mo..

Rent: 2BR Unit - $210/week (Solo po namin ito, 5mins/3kms away to City). Acquired thru www.realestate.com.au. Mataas ang competition on rental properties with price range of $250/week and below.
Internet: $40/month - 100GB Exetel provider
Phone: Prepaid Amaysim - $15/month with 1GB data (network is via Optus)
