Hi Guys! Thought this'd interest a lot especially for families who will be migrating soon! Re-stating one of the forumers in PomsInOz : Family Assistance payments are not subject to the 2 year wait period, you can claim immediately on arrival if you have PR. See page 2 of this document http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/994i.pdf
