    Sa mga na-grant na, hiningan ba kayo ng ITR or payslips? Medyo nababahala ako sa part na yun dahil wala yata akong naitabing mga ganoong papeles from my previous job.
    wala akong pinrovide na ITR, payslip lang ng latest company ko... mga 4 payslip, bago lang kasi akong lipat... naka notarize... scan then attach... ok naman.
    depende rin siguro sa CO for each case. Yung iba kasi hiningan yung iba hindi. Pero kung wala ka talaga ma provide e may alternative naman siguro na sasabihin yung CO mo once na nasabi mo sa kanya yung situation mo.

    kaya I would suggest, wait na lang natin na magkaCO... wag masyado mag-isip... wag problemahin ang hindi pa problema, tsaka na problemahin pag problema na....

    @Metaform:Ako ITR at COE lang binigay ko hindi ko na kasi mahanap payslips ko sa tagal.Hindi kasi e-payslip yung mga dati kong companies.So far,met nakalagay sa work experience ko.

    Tama sir! Saka na lang problemahiin ang di pa problema. Hehe. Intay muna talaga ng CO bago then dun mo na lang isipin kung ano pa talaga ang mga kailangan nila. :)

    @hotshot Wala naman po sir. Yung imporantant lang sa kanila is dapat naka CTC yung mga xerox copies ng mga original documents. No need for documents to be DFA authenticated.

    usually sa middle east kelangan yang mga red ribbon na yan ng DFA... pero hindi po kelangan yan sa AU...

    @Metaform, yung samin, nagsubmit kami ng 5 yr worth of payslips & ITRs at COE na may date kelan na hire.

    Thanks sa replies. Hirap kasi kapag nasa ibang bansa ka tapos yung ibang papeles mo ay nasa Maynila. Ang nadala ko lang from my previous employer ay yung COE ko. Anyway, I will cross the bridge when I get there.

    Another question, may part ba sa online application where they ask for professional membership in any Australian organization (e.g. ACS, Engineer's Australia)? May bearing kaya yun sa decision? I'm on the fence as to whether I should sign up for membership with ACS. 230 AU$ pa kasi kaya nakakahinayang din kung wala namang advantage sa application.

    @metaform - i have completed the online application, but not submitted yet.. wala akong nakitang ganyang questions..

    why dont start filling-up the online form.. pwede mo nmn isave/edit at balik balikan anytime..
    para pag dumating na SS mo.. ready to submit agad...

    @lock_code2004 sa pagkakaalam ko po you have 28 days to complete the application. After nun mawawala na ung unfinished application mo, buburahin na nila. So pag nag fill up ng form make sure to complete it within 28 days. Tama po ba ako?

    @mikaela - hindi po ako sure sa 28 days.. pero may nakalagay sa DIAC website nila na they erase incomplete application after certain days.....

    but atleast to have it ready at para alam mo na kung anu pang mga kailangan mo... so ang ginawa ko.. save ko sya sa DIAC, nagbigay sila ng reference number... i checked my emails and ung date kung kelan ako nagstart ng online application was Jan 18, 2012.. hindi pa nmn sya deleted as of now.. ang ginagawa ko kasi inoopen ko sya at least once/twice a week..

    tapos save ko din ang sa laptop ko ang copy, pdf copy, para atleast may copy ako kung mabura man, next time alam ko na ang mga information na ilalagay ko ( like mga dates graduation, employment, kung tumira ka sa ibang bansa.. etc).....

    Just key in you TRN, DOB, Passport number and country of passport. From the main page, click "Document Checklist", you can now view the documents that you have submitted with the corresponding status/remarks.

    Magiging problema ko rin yang ITR kasi wala na ako naitago at yung HR namin sa pinas dati di pa nagrereply...

    Ang nasubmit ko lang kasi is yung mga employment reference letters (same sa ACS), some payslips for all employers (pero partial lang kasi di ko naman naitago lahat).

    Wala pa akong CO pero hinahanda ko na ang puwedeng substitute documents such as:

    1. Bank statements - nakakuha ako sa BPI ng bank statements ko nang mga nakalipas na panahon. Kaso it turns out hindi nakasulat yung name ng Company everytime nag credit sila ng salary ko.

    2. SSS Contribution History - Sa SSS website, magkaibang page yung Employer History at Contribution History. Pag pinrint mo yung Employer History, hindi kita yung dates. Pag pinrint mo yung contribution history, hindi naman kita ang employer name hahaha!

    3. PAG-IBIG Contribution History - Nakakuha ako nito dati, ayun this time kita yung Employer Name, First Period Covered at Last period Covered. Hindi nga lang professional looking kasi print out lang din ito sa opisina nila. Pero bahala na. Nabasa yung kopya ko kaya hihingi na lang ako ulit

    @Katlin:Sorry sis hindi na ako nakareply tagal ako hindi naka online inaayos ko medical.Ang gulo sa Nationwide hindi ko alam kung true yung urinalysis ko.3 hospitals pinuntahan ko negative ako sa lahat pero sa Nationwide may trace protein urine ko kaya babalik ako my God!

    2316 sis malakas na proof tingin ko lang hehe.Kasi yung lang binigay ko at COE

    Based sa research ko parang may prob ka sa kidney pag ganun.Dahil naparanoid ako at hindi nakatulog,lahat ng test about kidney ginawa ko para meron akong maipakita sa Nationwide.Lahat nung test negative at tinawanan pa ako ng doctor bakit daw ako nagpapatest.I asked the doctor sa Nationwide kung may uti ako.Sabi wala,basta ulitin lang daw.Kainis dapat nung araw n yun sana pinaulit n lang=c

    @katlin924 Ok lang naman po kahit di kumpleto yung ITRs. Yung mga years na kulang ka ng ITR is i-substitute mo na lang po yung mga payslips ok na po yun.

    @skyline Naku wag ka masyado mag-alala baka retest lang ang kailangan nyan. Yung samin kasi sa St. Lukes nalaman agad namin kung me problem o wala nung magpamedical kami within the day.
