Kumusta :) Private room in Pakenham avail $165/w

Kumusta :) My wife and I just bought a BRAND new house in Pakenham & we will be moving into it in early June. It's a big too big for us and we would like to rent out one of the back rooms so you would be the only tenant.

The house is a 4 bed, 2 bath with a park frontage - your room would be the spare bedroom at the far end of the house. It has a big floor to ceiling, double mirrored robe. The house is in the Eden Brook Estate (just south of the Lakeside area) and about 5 minutes drive to the trains (15 min walk) plus plenty of walking trails and parks nearby. Very peaceful, quiet & safe area. Room will be avail by June 12th, but possibly a bit earlier. Central heating and central air, plus a dishwasher. You would be the first person ever in the room. If need be, we could even buy a bed and your own fridge if you'd prefer. You can use our Foxtel of course and basically live in a very nice place at a fraction of the cost.

About us - my wife and I are both originally from overseas (Filipino and American.) We are a professional couple, both non-drinkers, both non-smokers and very happily married. My kids come every other weekend (plus half of the school holidays) but we all like a quiet and happy house. You would need to share the bathroom & shower occasionally when the kids come over on the weekends but you'd have first priority and mostly peace and quiet.

We also have a mid-sized dog (Rottweiler mix) who lives inside. He will stay out of your room & he especially loves being held on the couch as he falls asleep on your lap. (He will also convice you to sneak him some food from time to time.) :)

Rent would be $165w. All utility bills & of course lawn care/maintenance will be taken care of by us - unless you really want to chip in! :) In a very rare case we might consider a couple but rent would be $245. My wife also speaks Tagalog and Visayan if you are from the Philippines to feel more at home but all nationalities welcome of course. (I'm a teacher so I am happy to help you improve your conversational English if you are from overseas at no cost of course!) :)

If this sounds like what you are looking for then please send us an email telling us about yourself and your situation. This ad is also on Gumtree if u have a problem contacting me on this site. Thx Scott
