Meron po ba dito na hindi license engineer sa Pinas na naka-receive ng negative (or below your nominated occupation) or positive assessment outcome from EA?

Ano po mga naging experience nyo with EA during the assessment process?

hi.. same case here.. wala p din acknowledgement from EA but they already charged 870AUD on my CC..

tanong lang po uli...ung 3 career episodes po ng husband ko ay not enough to claim the 15 pts. sa EOI. So mag-apply din po kami for the additional skilled employment assessment for his 4th job. based po sa MSA booklet ang kelangan lang na docs ay yung completed excel sheet na galing din sa EA (attached), ung COE and detailed job description. Does that mean wala na po kmi kelangan i-prepare na summary or parang career episode format for this application? thanks!

Eto po ung summary of his work experience ni husband:

6 yrs work experience sa abroad ( 3 diff jobs) - this completes the 3 career episode in CDR standard assessment

3 yrs work experience sa Pinas (1 job) - eto po ung ipapasa nya for additional assessment para ma-meet ung 15 pts sa EOI (8 yrs working experience)

Ung documents na dapat po ba na prepare namin for the additional assessment ay COE and testimony with detailed job description for the 3-yr job in Pinas only?

Tama po..
CDR is for skills assessment.
If you have other work experience, and you want that to be assessed, just fill up the EA form, and provide the usual docs (coe + jd)

Ask ko lang po if kelangan po ba talaga iaatach ang mga training cert? Kasi sabi sa booklet "There is no necessity to include certificates from each course."

i think sa lahat ng skills assessing bodies e IEA ang pinaka considerate. they usually suggest alternative nominated occupation kung di ka fit sa inaapplyan mo. one thing na naexperience ng kilala ko is from Telcom engineer, he was advised to apply as Engineering Technologist kasi nga indi sia board passer. so far un lang, pero wala pako nababalitaan na negative assessment sa dami ng kilala kong nag apply na nasa Au na at nag aapply pa lang.

@Xiaomau82 Thanks, hopefully Pro Eng ang maging result ng assessment ko. 12 years na kasi akong engineer sa semicon industry pero hindi ako nag-board eversince.

I also personally know someone na nagpa-assess sa EA sometime 2008, Technician naming sya without a PRC license rin, pero na-assess pa rin sya as Pro Eng. Although at that time, tinanong pa nya ang EA kung may kaso daw ba na wala syang license.. Ang response ng EA is hindi naman daw importante sa kanila ng license, but yung studies and work experience…

But that was 2008… mukhang nagbago na ng criteria ang EA, and I think it will only get tougher year on year…

Bro, buti pa yung sa inyo nakarating ang snail mail Receipt from EA, yung sakin wala pa din… Baka ipa-update ko na lang na ipadala nila yung snail mail ng assessment results ko sa Pinas, instead na dito sa Thailand..

@mistakenidentity Last May 29, nagreply ang EA sa email follow up ng agent namin, Thanks God, positive assessment na si hubby. Wait na lang ng mail copy ng result para makapag lodge na ng EOI... Nag follow up ka din ba sa EA? I update ko na ang timeline ko :-)

@johnvangie congrats po sa hubby mo. pa-follow up ko rin yung sa akin today, nagkasalisi kc yung ielts result ko at yung EA letter requesting for my ielts results. salamat at anjan c @joestrummer to the rescue.

@mistakenidentity as per the MSA Booklet from EA, IELTS of a minimum of 6 for each of the section is a requirement. I don't think your agent knows that the results is needed as soon as possible. You might end up having a longer assessment than usual kung hindi mo agad iaarrange yung pagsend ng results ng IELTS results mo to EA. Plus I believe you already passed and you got great results, so much better to have this sent at wala naman mawawala if you do so and you have everything to gain.

Unless of course EA changed the requirement for the IELTS and they don't require this anymore.

Pahabol lang, I haven't heard of anybody na napabilis ang assessment because they didn't send their IELTS results to EA. You can do this even without the consent ng Agent mo so I would advidse that you do it immediately.

hello po. first post ko dito sa topic na ito. finally ako na ang main applicant sa amin ni hubby. just received the list of requirements for EA. nalula ako bigla. is it true na if less than one yr ka sa isang company hindi mo na pwding ideclare? yung mga trainings and seminars na ilalagay sa CPD no need pa din ng certificates? kinakabahan na ako to start ng CDR. Please help me GOD.

Magkaiba pa ba ang certificate of employment sa reference letter?

Ang pinasa ko kasi as evidence of employment eh ung COE ko na personalised based sa instruction dun sa booklet at pinasign ko sa hrd namin.Sinunod ko naman ung cnb nila dun.

Ska as evidence of employment daw need din magpasa ng payslips, contracts at itr. Dana nandito nako australia panu ko kaya malalakad un? Pwede kayang payslip lang?

At ang pinaka malufet, akala ko nareciv na nila ang ielts ko. Ngaun ko lang nlman na hindi nakarating sa kanila. Dana!

@lester_lugtu, paktay tayo dyan, ang pinasa ko lang din is detailed COE (as per MSA requirement)

Based sa limited na nalalaman ko ang difference ng dalawa:

COE-> Document from your former and current employer/company (HR or bosses), stating your Position, Employment Duration, Salary, and Detailed Job Responsibilities..... basically yung requirement sa MSA booklet.

Reference Letter-> letter usually coming from bosses or colleagues describing your qualities, strengths, the way you work, attitude, etc... so it does not best describe yung "Job Responsibilities" mo... Usually ginagamit ang Reference Letter kapag maghahanap ng work...

Ano pala response mo sa EA regarding sa nirerequire nila?

Kasi mahirap na nga humingi ng Detailed COE, the more pa ng reference letter..

Ako nag submit ng Reference Letter/Testimonial from my previous boss in place for my COE with JD. Nakalagay sa reference letter ko yung specific projects na ni-highlight ng boss ko na ginamit ko naman yung project sa isa kong Career Episode.

Positive naman CDR ko... :-D

@mistakenidentity hello, send ko po tom ha. Wala kasi yun copy ng email sa gmail ko. Nakapag lodge na po kami ng EOI yesterday. Baka po this week meron na din yun sa inyo. Kasi May 29 nag reply sa email ang EA. Tapos June 2 nareceive ng agent namin ang EA letter sa NSW office nila. Kaya po siguro mas mabilis nareceive kasi sa NSW pina-mail ng EA.
