Police Clearance for ex-Saudi Arabia OFW applicants

Good day to all!

I posted this at the "Other Migration Topics" category but I think it's more relevant here..

We all know that one of the requirements for the visa application ay ang Police Clearance.

Howver, for those who already exited Saudi Arabia for a long time,this is a dificult thing to obtain.

I read this line, as mentioned in page 76 of the Character Requirement pdf document from the Australian Immigration website (http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/character-requirements/character-penal.pdf):

Non-Saudi citizens:

Currently non-Saudi citizens are unable to obtain a police certificate fromSaudi Arabia. However, you will need to provide DIAC with a copy of your final exit document, and, if you were employed while in Saudi Arabia, a letter from your previous employer.

Can you please advise if those of you in the same situation followed this process? Is submitting the final exit document enough? Thanks!

Kabayan,musta na?Even nag pass ko ng Saudi Police clearance in which obtain a year ago.
2months din ko ng wait ha.Send ko p rin sa CO at later on hiningi pa rin ko un Exit letter ko galing KSA.Buti at meron namn ako.I remember na Sister ko Pinagbyad ko fee.Nsa Riyadh cya now,Nag work ko Jeddah from 2007-2009.All the best mate!

Kabayan! Buti nakakuha ka pa ng PC, ako naka-exit ng di man lang nakakuha. Good luck sa application mo. Nakapass ka na ba ng mga documents? Anong visa ba inaapply-an mo?

May nabasa ako dito na Statutory Declaration lang sinubmit ng isang aplikante at tinanggap naman. Nagbabakasakali ako dito na meron pa kayang ibang ganon din ang ginawa para ma-confirm e...

Granted visa ko nun Jan 5 lng RN 187.Email ka namn cgro ng CO eh.Communication lng yan.Pra formality na lng pg aaply ng Residency.Nakuha ko un Saudi clearance nun d2 na ko Au.Last year nga lang eh.Di ko sure kung ng higpit na ang saudi now.ginwa ko lng ay email ko ang Phil embassy sa riyadh about it.

Wow congrats! Granted visa ka na pala. Kung ok lang sana, baka pwede naman paki-describe yung process na ginawa mo para makuha yung clearance.

-Pwede malaman yung ka-coordinate mong officer sa Saudi embassy?
-May pinasa ka bang documents?
-Pano pinadala sa yo yung clearance?
-San nagbayad yung sister mo at magkano inabot?
-Original police clearance ba pinasa mo sa visa application or certified true copy lang?
-may expiration date ba yung clearance? dapat wala na diba kasi exit naman na e.

Hello Kabayan,musta na?E2 ang email ng Phil Consulate AU sa skin.July 24 2012 pa ko ng apply ng police clearance.Better kung mg email ka muna sa Phil embassy sa Riyadh at sabhin mo situation mo.kaw mg decide kung san ka mpapabilis application.kung kuha ka ba ng PC or Declaration??Nalaman ko din e2 sa iba pinoy d2 sa AU.This is not going to be easy mate.All the best!

You need to complete the requirements of the Saudi Arabian Government to obtain a police clearance from them. Those requirements can be found on their web site at : www.saudiembassy.org.au

The requirements are as follows:

1. Complete the Police Clearance Application form ( copy is attached )
2. Two recent passport sized photographs
3. Copy of your Passport which shows photo and residency permit pages during your residency in
Saudi Arabia
4. Letter of release from the sponsor in Saudi Arabia
5. Any other document which you think may have relevance to your request or may assist in it's
processing

Once you have completed the necessary paper work you may send all the documents onto the Philippine Embassy in RIYADH, who will then pass it onto the Saudi Authorities on your behalf. We are informed that the response period is up to 3 months from the Saudi side before you may receive the Police Clearance. You must also send the fee of US$32.50 by Bank Transfer as follows:

MAy mga katanungan pa ako pala:
1. May expiration ba yung police clearance na binigay sa yo?
2. Original ba pinasa mo sa Asutralian immigration or certified true copy pwede na?
3. sa #3 item (Copy of your Passport which shows photo and residency permit pages during your residency in Saudi Arabia), yung latest lang ba binigay mo? Or from start talaga?

1.Wala nkalagay expiration date dun sa PC ko.
2.Certified true copy ang pinasa ko sa DIAC.
3.Send ko lahat sa kanila from start.Luckily,meron ko copy ng residence permit,COF,
exit letter at even un calling card ng dati ko Boss.(xerox copy).Pero inabot tlga ng 2
months.

Just to let you know na meron pa ko kinuha na police clearance d2 sa Au na ksama ko post sa KSA since d2 na ko.So mgkaiba scenario ntin.Pero di ko nakikita ang pgkaka iba na nag apply ka off shore or onshore.Or me sponsor/nomination or wala.Good luck and all the best mate.Basta sa Pamilya ntin kya ntin to.

Naghanap ako ng mga documents ko. Nakita ko na yung photocopies ng iqama ko, release letter from my former company, at yung exit letter. At meron din akong calling card ng boss ko dati!

1. Ano pala yung COF?
2. Ok lang ba na puro photocopies lang mapadala ko?
3. So posible kailanganin ko din kumuha ng Police clearance dito or mga fingerprints. May copy ka pa ba nung Police Clearance Form nasinend sa iyo ng Phil. Embassy? Baka pwede makahingi... kung ok lang.

@emonsanto hi po. we are on the same boat...nahihirapan po akong kumuha ng saudi pcc kasi wala po akong representative doon...is exit visa and letter of no objection ok???just got invited in nsw for state sponsorship in a matter of wk maglolodge ba po ako at nahihirapan po ako nitong saudi pcc..ung iqama ko nasurender na din namin sa employer namin bgo umalis ng kingdom

@j_1019alisen oo nga problema nga ito.

Siguro depende na sa case officer. Pag sinabi natin yung situation natin. hopefully baka mag-suggest sila ng other alternatives like a statutory declaration or probably a letter of good standing from our previous employer. Try searching google for other possible alternatives, tapos ipost mo rin dito para ma-inform ang mga parehas natin.

For those nahihirapan po kumuha ng KSA Police clearance, you can provide a copy of your final exit document, and/or a letter from your previous employer. But this would depend pa rin sa case officer.

Hinanapan ba daw sya ng saudi police clearance? Anong letter from the employer ang sinubmit ng friend mo?

Photocopy lang ba binigay nyang exit document? Kasi wala na akong original exit document dahil binigay ko upon leaving the airport.

@emonsanto actually clearance from the employer ung prinovide nia together with the exit document. pero before nito, documented lahat ng correspondences nia with the police authorities. kaya hiningan na lang sia ng case officer ng either exit document or ung letter from his employer sa KSA. Pero mejo matagal, i think it took him about 3-6 months ng pakikipag usap sa both sides (KSA and Au).

@emonsanto mostly email. Tas may time na andun pa sia mismo sa ksa. Nagpunta din sia personally kaso since wala sia sa Riyadh wala din sia nakuha. Hanggang sa naawa na din cguro yung CO sa kanya. Yung CO mismo nagsabi na exit letter n lng isubmit nia or ung letter from employer.

@Xiaomau82 meron kasi akong email exchange with Philippine Embassy sa Riyadh regarding the processing of Police CLearance at sinabi nila doon na dapat meron akong representative doon. Tapos nag reply ako sa kanila sabi ko na wala akong representative kasi 4 years na akong wala doon.

Ang sagot ng embassy sa akin ay mag exert daw akong ng more effort para makakuha ng representative. E pano nga wala e

Sana mabait din yung CO na ma-assign, if ever.

i suggest go to the nearest KSA embassy .. and then ask them if you can get one..
or search sa mga thread dito, ung iba may ginawa na nag stat dec yata sa AU embassy naman..

@netzkeenet, hindi pa ako nakakakuha ng KSA police clearance. Hinihintay ko pa ang skills assessment ko from EA. Nag-try ako mag-email sa Phil Embassy sa Riyadh pero kelangan daw may representative ako doon para maglakad para sa akin, kaso wala akong makuhang representative.
