Reply to @Metaform: Pinadala nmin sa pinas majority ng docs namin para ipa-certify. Dalwang docs lang ata ang dinala nmin sa consulate dito kaya nakatipid. Yung documents na colored, ini-scan namin in color para di na kelangang ipa-certify.
