    Pinadala nmin sa pinas majority ng docs namin para ipa-certify. Dalwang docs lang ata ang dinala nmin sa consulate dito kaya nakatipid. Yung documents na colored, ini-scan namin in color para di na kelangang ipa-certify.

    @coolflame congrats visa grant ka na pala. Kami today pa lang nag-EOI tapos siguro by tomorrow yun naman SS and lodge namin. God willing we will be approved then invited na to lodge visa application.

    @metaform nhire kse ako ng isang company from australia eto ang sabi sa akin.
    We are progressing with your application however all new people being brought on to the QCLNG project must be approved by the client. This process can take 2-3 weeks.

    In the meantime, can you please can you confirm your family size and determine dates of birth for the purposes of relocation. Also can you confirm your country of departure including the nearest International airport.

    Di ko alam kung ano yung ilalagay kong departure kung dito ba sa abu dhabi o sa pilipinas.

    yun din nakalagay sa ibang docs ko from embassy... Seen and noted then sa OZ consulate certified true copy... Tinanggap nman ng Engineer's Australia

    God willing at ma-approve kami, we plan to maximize din the grace period bago pumunta dun, para makaipon ng husto. As early as now nag-register na rin kami sa mga job sites just to have a grasp of the job market there. By the way, i work in Deira pero we stay in Falcon City, malapit sa Global Village. My daughter attends school in Pristine, that's in Qusais too.

    @lock_code2004.. im currently here in Sharjah, and nagdecide po akong magstudent visa s Aus... Luckily nagrant naman cya so im travelling to Aus by last week of Aus. My plan is to travel directly from Dubai to brisbane. Ok lng po b un? hindi po b nila ako hahanap ng mga docs from Phil like PDOS etc? Thanks po!

    @Laarmie Yung PDOS, et al ay para lang sa Philippine Immigration. Visa lang ang hahanapin sa iyo sa Oz. Gusto rin sana namin ni misis na dito na manggaling dahil gusto rin namin i-bypass na yung mga gastusin sa seminar and exit documents sa Pinas.

    @laarmie, yes tama si @metaform.. for student visa you dont need anything .... for PR visa (traveling from Phils), requirement sa Phil immigration (sa airport sa pinas), yun PDOS and CFO sticker...

    @metaform, i think wala nmn problem for PR visa to travel directly from UAE to AU... one issue though (im not sure if valid), is when you visit philippines, pag pabalik kana ulit sa AU.. malamang hahanapan ka rin ng PDOS and CFO...

    Hello mga kabayan. May share lang ako re: NBI clearance. Ang usual procedure ay (1) Humingi ng NBI application card sa Consulate sa Al Qusais (free), (2) Punta sa Dubai CID opposite Al Mulla Plaza for fingerprinting (110AED), (3) The following day, claim the card from the CID and balik sa consulate to notarize the application card (100 per card) (4) After three days, claim the card from the consulate then ipadala sa Pinas para i-apply ng kamag-anak o kakilala sa NBI Taft.

    I have nothing against the consulate, pero nagtaka lang ako kung bakit ibabalik pa sa kanila then ipapadala rin pala natin sa Pinas para ipalakad. Initially kasi ang akala ko sila ang magpapadala sa NBI for processing. So what I did was bypass step (3), and ipinadala ko kaagad sa brother ko sa Manila after ma-fingerprint sa CID. Wala namang naging problema sa processing and nakatipid pa ako ng 200 AED (sa aming dalawa ng misis ko) and three days wait.

    Also, don't forget to indicate the Purpose as Visa to Australia para magandang tingnan yung clearance. :D

    anyone who just had "visa evidencing" in AU consulate office in Dubai recently?
    kailangan pa po ba ng appointment, any other requirements?

    alam ko hindi na required ito.. pero gusto lang namin itry para maganda sa passport.. hehe
