hi guys, question po re 457 visa. required po ba talaga na dumaan sa assessment ang applicant kahit na ok lang and approved na sa employer kahit wag na? If the employer hires you even with limited experience, will it be an issue with immigration?

Ako natawagan na last week and they asked for addtl docs ulit which I sent Thursday sa CO ko via email. Sana makakuha na ng update at grant ... hay ....

@motherof2 Sorry to hear po .... We also got refused last July 4th and just recently relodged. It is up to you pero kung yung aging lang po ng 3 months ng funds ang reason kaya kayo na refuse .... and if I were in your shoes ... I'll give it a shot…
