    I received a verbal offer today (nagka-problema lang daw sa HR nung company) and pirma nako sa Monday. Uwi nako sa SG to pick-up my family and finish logistics and balik sa AU by mid-March to start our new life!

    Total time was 2 weeks.
    Impressive... :)

    @LokiJr yeah, dapat last Friday pa yung written offer, nagka-aberya lang yung HR nung company na based pa sa NZ. Hindi ko na mabilang kung nakailang applications ako, masisigurado ko sayo sobrang dami, kasi bago pako lumapag ng AU nag-apply nako eh.

    Ang biggest learning ko eh tawagan yung recruiter pag ni-post nila number nila, then may chance ka mabenta kagad skills mo for about 10-30 seconds or so.

    Medyo may unting dillema ko ngayon, halos 2-3 months na ko naghahanap ng work dito sa Melb ngayon and now may 2 job ako na pinagpipilian. First job is sa company ko sa pinas(company a), medyo matagal lang ang process ng pagapprove so di pa sila makaoffer. Second is giving me a job offer and wanting me to decide asap or iwiwithdraw nila ang offer (company b).

    So medyo di ko alam kung ano ang gagawin ko, do i take the job in company b while waiting for an offer from company a? or do i wait out for company A?

    @hanzyboy - put it this way, more or less alan mo na culture sa company a ngunit di mo alam sweldo...

    company b naman alam mo offer nila but culture di mo pa na experience personally - if you are happy already with the offer, king ako kunin ko na iyon. company a kasi is still drawing pa rin eh until you will get the actual offer.

    Salamat sa mga sagot guys. Just an update I took company A, after nag-offer ang company B i told them as a courtesy(since we worked before and such) na may mga offers na sa akin on the table so yun medyo pinush yun pagcreate ng position for me dito.

    Kasi yun nga din naisip ko as nagsisimula pa lang dito medyo mas ok na din na at least alam ko na yun culture ng company and mas unti ang adjustment para sa akin.

    thank you guys. medyo swerte lang din na yung pinagtrabahuhan ko sa pinas may office din dito so madali recommendations. pero kung iisipin medyo matagal din 3 months din ako naghintay at nakatanggap ng di ko na mabilang na rejection letters. :D

    @hotshot oo pre, minadali na ng boss dito yung process nung sinabi ko sa kanila na may offer na ko on the table.

    pero gaya nga ng sinasabi ng iba, tiyagaan lang talaga at sipag lang sa paghahanap ng trabaho.
