I really need the grant this month. Naredundant ako while on a 482 working visa and my 60 days will end sa 1st week ng february. I heard di daw gagana ang bridging visa A since nacancel ang previous visa.

You can probably apply another visa. Let's say Student Visa as a viable option na mabilis mong makukuha. Then try to apply for another 482 sa ibang companies. Depende kung ano mauuna. All the best. Inactive Case Officers now, maaring sa mga medical occupations lang priority nila but we'll never know. God bless, hope everything works out for you.

Hi. Naglodge po kami last March 2022 ng visa. Frinontload ko po yung PCC (NBI Clearance) kasi valid pa naman yung current ko. Pero yung NBI clearance ko ay expiring na this August 2022. Pwede po ba mag renew sa August ng new NBI clearance and upload sa Immiaccount without waiting for CO contact? Salamat po sa sasagot.

Yes, you can renew your NBI clearance even without CO contact. That way pag review ng CO and saw na valid lahat ng requirements mo, mas mabilis yung processing.

Then pagkaprovide niya yung document sa January 1, Then maaprove ang visa niya ng August 2022, ang remaining time remaining ay up to December 2022 para magentry?
Lahat na dumating dito sa AU after 14 December 2021, expired na ang police clearance and medical clearance after grant noong 2019, 2020, 2021 before making first entry.

I think you’re referring to those who couldn’t enter due to pandemic. There were exceptions during this time.

To determine the proposed date of travel officers are to consider the validity of health and character clearances on file. Officers should also consider any extension of the initial entry date as outlined in PAM3: GenGuide B - Non-humanitarian migration (offshore & onshore) Visa application and related procedures.

The department always considers validity of police and health checks whether at visa grant or after….and as mentioned there were exceptions during the pandemic when borders were shut.

Point here is - it is always advisable to wait for the case officer to request for these documents if you’re applying from offshore. Nothing stops an applicant from providing these ahead but he/she will be responsible for the extra financial costs if the Department requests to submit new ones.

Usually 1-2 months ko yung nakikita ko after giving the requested docs or info.

2-3 months sa Facebook. Kelan CO mo? Ako is August 22. So lapit nako mag 2months hehe
