I have several clarifications re: Form 80: (Apologies if these have been answered already)

1. Question#8 permanent residency rights -> since I'm and OFW, I just tick "No" since working visa meron ako. Tama po ba?
2. Question#14 any national identity documents or numbers -> Shall I include my TIN, SSS and driver's license number?
3. Question#22 Proposed Travel -> Any good answer? Eg. for migration?
4. Question#25 Further Stay -> For migration as well?

yes po each entry and exit.. hehe, 3 passports ang nilista namin para dyan 8-}

sure po.. SG police clearance, form 1193, further employment evidences (ie payslip or itr) <-- (COE lang kasi binigay namin), at birth certificate ng anak naming 22months old

@SAP_Melaka brad ako nilagay ko pati yung stay sa Pinas para walang gap. From my first international travel up until the latest. OFW rin ako so madalas pauwi uwi rin sa Pinas.

@SAP_Melaka oo brad. print ka lang ng isa pang page ng Part T, tapos lagay mo lang sa previous page na "to be continued." I-combine mo na lang yung 2 pages sa PDF in the end.

@SAP_Melaka yes po pati sa pinas. from and to dates. ofw ako s sg with employment pass so yung entry date or from date ko lng may sagot sa sg, then yung to date blank pa.. the rest lahat ng entry exit sa mga countries including pinas nakalagay, pauwi uwi din kasi kami..
pag kulang print ka nung last page na additional info then gayahin mo nalang yung format dun sa question pag sinulat mo

@SAP_Melaka bro, dun sa online application sa NBI, nilagay ko "for immigration purposes," tapos nung nandun na ako, pinalitan rin nung NBI officer to "visa australia." So ngayon yung nasa NBI clearance ko nakasulat na is "visa australia."

If anyone has been granted Visa using "for immigration purposes" yung NBI, I think it would be fine po.

Question nmn po.

I just lodge my EOI last week and may part dun na need i-tick if related sa occupation mo yung work na ilalagay mo. Something like: Is this employment related to the nominated occupation?.

Ok lang po ba na hindi ko sya i-tick kasi I am not claiming any points from my work experience although my work was RELATED to my nominated occupation.

(I am not claiming points in my work kasi I have less than 3 yrs Skilled work experience when my work experience was assessed by ACS).
Hndi nmn ba ako ma question why I did not tick the checkbox although it was related to my nominated occupation?

@SAP_Melaka ok lang cguro brad. Applicable rin naman yung "for immigration purposes" eh

@sethkgx it wont be an issue. Ilagay mo lang na "related" kung ano yung nacredit sau ni ACS.
