@Xiaomau82 thank you sa reply. Yun din nga sabi ng brother ko na nasa aus. Actually di ko nga po sure if safe na pag may ITA? Parang okay nga po kung ganon. Parang may nabasa ako dapat malodge na visa app before cut off and before any changes take effect that may affect the application. flagged ang occupation na we are nominating... kaya sana lang nasa list pa rin next fy. We shall all see.

Hi guys. I did read the first page of this thread but I can't see the process flow. Here are my questions:

I have a positive assessment already from Engineers Australia and calculating my points, I got 65. What should I do next?

1.) Mag lodge na ba ng EOI?
2.) Magbabayad na ba agad ng visa fee pag nag lodge na ng EOI?
3.) Sa immi account ko ako mag la lodge right?

I'm confused. Thanks guys.

Good Day.

Magtanong lang po sana ako sa inyo regarding sa Certificate of Employment kung may naka experience na. Nagpagawa po kasi ako ng detailed COE with job descriptions pero pinagsama po nya yung mga inclusive dates sa iisang papel kasi 2x po akong nagwork sa kanila. Pwede po ba kaya itong ipasa sa Engineers Australia? Kasi imbes na 2 separate papel naging 1 papel na lang.

1. Kailangan mo rin ng proof of english kasi requirement yun for the EOI..ito yung IELTS/PTE/etc..
2. Wala kang babayaran if EOI pa lng yung i-file mo
3. Skillselect yung pagfile ng EOI.. https://www.border.gov.au/Busi/Empl/skillselect

Yes, pwede k n mgsubmit ng eoi through skillselect...just make sure you can complete all the supporting docs within 60days once mabigyan k ng invitation.

2.) Magbabayad na ba agad ng visa fee pag nag lodge na ng EOI?

No, wala p babayaran sa EOI.

3.) Sa immi account ko ako mag la lodge right?

If you mean mglolodge ng EOI sa skillselect un. You have to make your skillselect account. Kpag n invite then dun n ung sa immiaccount.

attaching documents na po ako..hihi..malapit na talaga..

question ko lng po is yung ibang items dito during attachment like the evidence of work experience overseas, wala kasi ako nito eh..leave blank lang ba ito??"recommended" lng naman status nya at hindi "required"..actually walang "required" na document kaya nagtataka rin ako bakit nandito ito..thanks!

hello sir @mangdelfin , i think work experience overseas means employment outside of AU.. pag di po applicable like work in au or study in au, dun po yung walang need i-upload

Sa mga married na applicants, enough na ba yung marriage certificate or kailangan nang genuine relationship evidence gaya nang joint bank account statement, or billing accounts in joint names, etc?

Yes marriage cert is enough @cliffhanger82 .Evidence of genuine relationship is only applicable for De-Facto. In your case, your status is married

Guys recently we were contacted by our CO and asked for additional information (Certificate of Clearance) which we already provided 2days ago. Current status is "Assessment in progress". Gaano ba katagal usually before makareceive ng grant?

1. Is the applicant claiming partner skills points?

2. Is the applicant claiming points for this employment?

And ano ang ginawa nyo after nyo maencounter ung case n to.

@Bart_SanJose normal lang yan sir glitch sa system nila ganyan din yung amin nawala ung mga response na yes/no.. you don't have to do anything

sir @Superched depende na po talaga sa CO.. may mga ilan akong timeline na nakita, after 5 days to 2 weeks of providing what is asked nakaka receive na. may iba naman tumatagal ng 1-2 months.. wait and pray nalang talaga ang magagawa natin..

@tsenrejean24 based sa experience namin for visa 189 depende raw sa doctor ung gagawin n tuberculosis test. Pwedeng skin test or pwede rin blood test. Pero ung child namin is 2 yrs old and 9 mos.. skin test lng ang pinagawa ng doktor.

Dapat skin test na nga lang rin pinagawa ko, ang tagal ng result ng IGRA(blood test). Mag skin test nalang kayo

Sa pag-upload po ng docs, ano po ba dapat ilagay sa description??parang redundant na kasi kung document type is birth certificate na nga tapos sa description, "birth certificate" rin yung ilalagay..hehe..

oh my gulay nga pala mga sir/mam..nag-try akong mag-upload kagabi ng isang doc (birth certificate) tsaka isave ko lng sana muna..di ko alam automatic upload na pala agad yun.. T_T postpone ko na lng muna ang uploads ko until maclear ko na lahat ng tanong ko..huhuhu

Hi, i received my invitation to apply for visa after my state sponsorship got approved from SA. I am gathering all the requirements needed until i saw the recent changes. My occupation is sales representative medical and pharmacetical.

Can i still apply for visa? Invitation is valid until april 30.
But my occupation was removed already, am i safe since i am approved for state nomination and has invitation?

South Australia removed some occuoations for high point categories and with immediate effect. I believe this is just for nomination. Approve na po yung akin, ok lang po ba to lroceed eith visa application? Invitation is validu til apr 30

Ang alam ko, any changes after ka mabigyan ng invitation is not applicable sayo. So pag nag lapse/expire yung invite, say May na. At hindi ka nag apply, hindi ka na maiinvite ulit since wala na sa list of occupation nila.. @kisses1417

@kisses1417 since nabigyan ka na ng approval from SA before, I think hindi ka kasama sa bagong changes. I think ur safe to push through with ur visa application.
