Hello po! just want to ask, nagpasa na kasi ako ng EOI pero ihihiwalay ko ng application yung asawa ko kasi hindi siya pwde umalis sa work nita for several years, dineclare ko lang na im married. pag nakakuha po ba ako ng invitation may kailangan ba ipresent na documents for my husband? Thanks!

Di po ako sigurado saan maganda magpamedical sa pinas, dito po kasi ako sa sg nagpamedical nun. Baka po may masuggest yung iba sa group.

@kisses1417 Hi, I suggest mag Nationwide na lang kayo. Had bad experience with SLEC. And besides, mabilis lang process sa Nationwide.

@bettyboop May chance na pwede silang magtanggal ng occupation/s. Nagbabago yung list every financial year depende sa kung anong skills ang kailangan dito sa Au.

@kisses1417 If you have an immi account, you can have your medicals prior to lodging just as long as you know what visa you are applying for. Kailangan pati dependents magmemedical. Eto yung link for Nationwide:

Thanks @Cassey , meaning before paying i can have our medicals already? Is that what you mean by lodging? Nalilito kasi ako, diba after attaching ng lahat, submitting naman? Ninenerbyos kasi ako ang laki ng pera na ilalabas. Tapos baka mali mali ang ginagawa ko. May limit ba kung ilang beses pwede iopen yung immiaccountthru skillselect page na apply visa button?

March 1 poapproved yung state nomination ko visa 489, until april 30 nakalagay. Waiting pa din ako sa NSW 190 invite kaso larang minsan naiisip ko sayang yung time, mag bayad na kaya ako at ng umandar na yung papers. What do u suggest guys?

Hi, unfortunately hindi ka makakapaglodge ng visa application mo at makakapagbayad ng visa kapag wala ka pang invite. Pag nainvite ka, there will be a link to the immi account.

Pwede ka ng magmedicals kahit di pa kayo nakakalodge ng application niyo. Nasa immi acount lang naman yung health declaration niyo at separate naman ang payment nun sa 489 visa.

I understand na pwede na magpamedical once invited na kahit hindi pa nakakapaglodge ng visa, pero when ba ung talagang time(go signal) na dapat magpamedical, pag nirequest na?

Pag ba nirequest na magpamedical ka through CO, does it mean hindi na direct grant?

Ibig sabihin ba, to get direct grant is to have your medical before lodging/submitting your visa application?

Kasi di ba ung expiry daw ng initial entry mo will be based on your medical results, the earlier magpamedical, means earlier din ung expiry.(sad for applicants na mejo not so urgent na umalis)

@Cassey thanks po yes may invitation na ako to apply for visa 489 sa SA. So pwede ko na pala asikasuhin nga yung medicals. Akala ko kasi magbabayad muna ako ng visa fee na 3600 tapos tska ko palang makikita yung my health declaration.

@kisses1417 hi pwede k n mgpamedical using "my health declaration? Bago ka mglodge ng visa(mgbayad ng visa fees).
Step 1. Log-in ka sa immi account
Step 2. Go to new application
Step 3. Then My health declaration
Step 4. Fill out the my health declaration form.
Step 5. After 1 day you can generate the HAP ID and emedical referral letter which is needed kapag mgbobook k ng appointment sa clinic.

@kisses1417 Correct me if I'm wrong, nakalagay sa post mo na you're still waiting for the NSW 190 invite? But you have a 489 invite already? Anyway, you can go on with your medicals. You don't have to wait for the CO kasi tatagal pa application niyo pag aantayin niyo pa sasabihin niya. Try to complete all the needed documents para may chance kayo to a direct grant.

Yes, kailangang magpamedicals. It's a requirement for all applicants - main and dependents. You don't have to wait for the CO to tell you that you have to do it.

Direct grant means wala ng tanong tanong pa si CO sa application niyo and wala ng irerequire pang additional documents to be submitted. To be able to have a DG, you have to have your medicals prior to lodging your visa or prior to CO contact.

Pag kinontak ka ng CO for additional documents, usually binabalikan nila application after a month na or sometimes after a few months pa kaya we usually encourage applicants to try to complete the requirements para madirect grant and to shorten the waiting time para less burden na rin sa pagaantay ng outcome.

@Cassey yes po thats correct. I have invitation to apply for visa 489 kasi nag apply ako under high point category sa SA. I applied for state nomination. I have another EOI for NSW 190 naman, yun ang wala pang invitation. So iniisip ko magproceed na sa 489. Hay nakakastress kasi natatakot ako magkamali.

@kuya.king No worries, Yeah that's right kailangan yung result ng medicals lumabas na sa immi account mo prior to CO contact kasi kahit nagmedicals ka kung hindi makakahabol yung result, wala ring magiging silbi.

@kisses1417 Understandable naman yung situation mo. Maigi na yung sigurado. Have you checked kung may naiinvite o kung gano sila kadalas maginvite sa nominated occupation mo sa NSW? Para magkaidea ka lang.
