Hello po.. I'd like to ask lang po how much po kaya ang magagastos ko kung magpaassess ako sa visa na ito? Im 27yrs old, wla akong relative or friend sa AU.. Do I need to take IELTS ba agad or pwedeng antayin muna kung pasado ako sa assessment based dun sa job experience at skill ko? Im not sure po kasi kung qualified un experience ko dun sa sa SOL list. IT graduate ako, experience ko po ay 3 years as a Desktop Support Engineer with level 2 support of Network-Voice-Server, and then nagwork ako sa malaysia for 3years as a Technical Support Specialist, we support customers thru phone, online service requests or email. Kindly advise po.. salamat po

@annly26 magpa assess ka po muna sa ACS para malaman mo kung ilang points needed mo sa english test. Merong thread ang australian computer society (ACS) dito. Hanapin mo nalang at pwede ka magtanong dun

Possible ba na may hingin si CO tapos sa immi account. Lang makikita yon or laging may email na marereceive? I dont check immiaccount regularly kasi but i check email all the time.

Hello po, may tanong lang po ako, regarding non-migrating dependents(daughter na nasa pinas), pano po mag-gegenerate ng HAP ID for her? Do I have to create a separate immi account for her? or I can use mine?

Also, since school holiday sa pinas ngayon, if magpamedical na siya kht wala pang ITA, makaapekto kaya yun sa initital entry expiration date ng main applicant? Thanks

Question po for those who's in a de facto relationship na merong child ung partner.

My partner has an illegitimate child from her previous relationship. The father did not acknowledge and wala siya sa birth cert ng bata.

Now my CO requested to fillup a consent form which is impossible na samin makacontact pa dun sa father. May nakapag try na ba ng affidavit? also read a couple of article regarding family code ang may rights lang talaga is the mother. I'm not sure ano dapat ko isubmit sa CO.

Any advise and help would be appreciated.

@Noodles12 just send them an email, attach the birth certificate na walang entry ang father, then explain na hindi applicable ang consent form kasi migrating guardian lang ang may legal custody sa bata...

hope this helps, in my opinion d na kailangan ng affidavit. the birth certificate itself is enough proof that the mother has the sole legal custody of the child....

@Noodles12 may kakilala akong ganyan.. ang ginawa nya kumuha sya ng court order. Para sa kanya na yung sole custody ng bata. Maybe you can get single parent id, maybe it would suffice. Kasi talagang required yung form 1229 pag migrating ang bata.

The birth cert is already uploaded eh, kaya I am not sure bakit nang hihingi pa si CO ng consent from non migrating parent. I did my research na ang Mother nga lang ang may legal custody sa child. Ang gusto ko sana is gumawa ng affidavit explaining this and include ung sa Family code law natin regarding that.

@Ozlaz since nag buntis kasi ung partner ko before wala na ung lalaki. nde talaga inacknowledge yung bata.

meron namang single parent ID ung partner ko. So I'm planning to make an affidavit nalang then attached sa doc ung birth cert ulit without father name plus the single parent ID ng partner ko. I hope it will suffice.

Btw pano pala ako mag eemail sa CO? dun na mismo sa parang group email nila? GSM(something)@border.gov.au?

@Noodles12 if that is the case legitimize the child sa current defacto mo, para matpos ang issue, it would take around 2-3 months, while on process inform your CO, minsan kasi pag nakita nila na stepchild ang dependent automatic hingi sila ng consent from both parties kahit na sa birth certificate walang entry ang father, it would take a reminder from you what the case is bago nila malaman ang actual circumstance....

hope it will enlighten you, for now try to reply na single mother walang entry ang father sa legal documents, and no legal complications from the biological father....

while waiting for the CO response do other legal actions to make the circumstance better....

Just submitted my ACS application. Praying for positive result

guys question po... Nagsubmit ako sa vetassess for my educ assessment last friday tas today nagsubmit ako sa acs via RPL route kasi non-IT course ko. Alam ko mas mabilis processing ni acs. Pag nauna lumabas result ni acs pede na ba ko mag lodge ng EOI khit waiting pa ko sa result ni vetassess? Meron na din po ako pte result. Naisip ko kasi at least nakapila na eoi ko. Thanks po:)

Hi everyone!

Question lang po regarding proof of paid experience. I worked in St. Luke's QC from MArch 2008 - Sept 2010. I called them earlier today kung makakakuha pa ko ng payslips or contract. They said na yung contract only stays with them for 3 years after resignation. Yung payslips, however makakakuha ko from 2009 onwards. Nag resign po ako ng September 2010. 1.9 years bali to exclude ung march 2008. Now I have been working overseas naman since then, and I have been employed here from December 2010 to present - a total of 6.6 years until resignation in June. Will they add all that up to make a total of 8.5 years? or you guys think that I should pursue on getting any proof that I started on March 2008, after all 7 months din extra yun. Certificate of employment and reference letter lang siguro pwede ko mapakita e.

Currently on a 457 and will lodge by July- August of this year.

Nakita ko ang waiting time sa ITA ng System Analyst kapag 65 pts ay 31 weeks na. Totoo ba ito? Tapos may mga questions ako please.

1. Kung para makatanggap ng EOI pa lang sa may 65 pts ay 31 weeks na, gaano katagal kung 60 points lang?
May pag-asa pa ba ang mga may 60 pts sa System Analyst na ma invite pa?

2. After mag lodge ng EOI o magsubmit ng visa application, pwede bang mag resign sa work na pinagbasehan ng points ko at tsaka mag stay sa ibang bansa habang naghihintay ng invite o pinaprocess yung application ko?
O kailangan hindi ako umalis sa work ko na pinagbasehan ng points ko o sa bansa na kung saan ako naglodge ng EOI/nag apply? O pwede at kailangan ko lang sila iupdate?

@mangdelfin Talaga? Basta nabuo ko yung experience na nasa ACS ko diba, kahit at the time ng EOI o ng application ay wala na ako dun sa work ko.

By the way anong points mo po? 65 o 70 pts?

Also, favor naman po, hindi ko na kasi ma access yung application since nakapag lodge na ako. Ano pong mga choices dun sa Relationship with primary applicant dun sa dependent?
