@imau yes pwede kapo mgmedical sa pinas wla nmn po mgging problem.. May designated nmn na hospital/clinic per country at sila nmn mguupload nun sa emedicals..

@imau I did mine at St. Luke's Ermita on a Friday. Took me around 3 hours, which I believe is quite fast for a Friday appointment --- maybe because there were very few AU and mostly NZ+US+CA visa applicants or maybe most people just don't go there . Just avoid an appointment that might overlap with lunchbreak hours. Got my results uploaded in less than a week, iirc.

Anyone happen to have same case. Pa expire passport ko sa November 2019. BM namin sa Feb 9, 2019. Ok lang yun to travel pa? Hindi kasi ako tinanggap sa priority lane sa passport renewal. Kainis procedure nila. E galing ako overseas as OFW. Wala daw kasi na ako work contract para ma consider na ofw. Hindi na din ako maka book appointment kasi flight ko na sa February 9.

@batman Di ba pwede magpa-extend ng expiry? Ginawa ko yon dati instead of renewal and I got it the same day. I-explain mo yung situation mo and tatatakan lang nila yon.

Hi ulit! sa immi account, may question, Has the applicant been employed overseas in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level, immediately before invitation to lodge this application?

depende ba to sa skill na na assess ng acs?

Hello everyone! ask ko lang.. kelangan ko ba magprovide ng proof sa Employment ko na included sa EOI pero NO? so wala ako points na kinuha. Kasi self employed ako now, meron ako proof like yun building permit and forms from the Municipality, and some contract agreement sa client. actual pictures nun project. Pero wala ako payslip since wla ako employer. Credited naman yun previous employment ko yun ang YES.
Any advice po? Thanks po. Godbless

Magrereflect yun current job ko sa Immi and sa forms, pero naka NO, Kumuha ako Professional Tax Receipt sa Municipality, yearly ako nagbayad since nagging self employed ako. Enough na kaya yun na proof since NO not related.

@sicntyrd ah may ganun pala. Kahit sa satellite office lang? Di ako aware. Pero naka book ako ng appointment na. Meron ako nahanap sa 29 January. Pa fast track ko na lang.

Hello po uli guys, sa mga nagapply po ng visa 190, ung s spouse po b na hindi ngclaim ng points, kelangan pb mgpasa ng employment certs? o employment history lang?

tas currently po nagstop si misis kasi cy ngbbntay s mga bata, e s form 1221, may portion n kelangan ng current employer. none lang po b lalagay dun?

@batman Nung nasa SG ako sa Phil Embassy ako nakapag-extend. I think binigyan ako additional 3 months para more than 6 months yung visa ko upon arrival sa pinuntahan kong country. And same situation like yours, di aabot kung magpaparenew ako.

@sicntyrd @batman Yes mga sir pwede magrequest ng extension ng passport.

Ako kasi vacation sa Pinas that time, pero paexpired na yun passport. Ang ginawa ng consulate inextend ako ng another 6 months at the same time nakapagparenew narin ako ng Passport. then ng nakuha ko passport saka nila punch yun old Passport ko para hindi ko na sya magamit.

For emergency cases daw yun extension. I don't know kung pumapayag pa sila until now. Pero extra income din kasi yun kaya baka pwede parin til now.

Hello po, Im new on this forum Just want to ask, Since I'm already 29 and since hindi pasok sa Skilled immigrant yung natapos ko (im a business grad tapos finance and accounting experience ko) The only way ba na makapag immigrant or work ako sa AU or NZ is to go student visa tapos part time work ? are there any other options, also may age limit ba when it comes to being student?

May kaso ba if you already got your AU visa, and you're still about to do your intial entry. But then you have applied separetely for a U.S. visa naman. May kaso ba yun?

who said that you are not eligible anymore?
Student visa does not guarantee PR at the end of your study.
no age limit with student visa.

Hingi po sana ako bg advise, di kasi namin alam ng husband ko kung ano ba dapat ang gawin. Pareho kaming licensed Engineers pero si husband, sa Software QA nagwowork ever since (6years) habang ako paiba iba ng work. 1yr exp ko sa Software Engineering, tpos 2 years 10 months sa Project Management under Telco.. sino po kaya sa amin ang dpat maging main applicant?

Target namin Visa 190... qualified po kaya kami? 28yo kami pareho.

@piput01 mas maganda po cgro si hubby ang main applicant since mas mataas ang makukuha nyang points sa work experience dahil longer ang experience nya sayo. pero check pa din po individual pts nyo to see which one gets the higher score

if you can reach 75, that's better.

factors include nominated occupation, occupation ceiling etc

@alzayon the last 65 pointer sa 189 visa na nainvite is last 2017 pa. 65 makes you eligible lang pero unlikely mainvite with the trend nowadays

@Grifter Thanks po for the info. By the way po, prang may nabasa po kasi ako na kapag IT-related work or if si ACS ang mag aassess ng skills mo, may certain number of years ang automatic binabawas sa work exp.. 4 years daw po ang deduction. so if 6 years working sya, it means kay ACS, 2 years lang ang valid. wala pong points and 2yrs na work exp, tama po ba? naguguluhan tlga po ako.
