@Dess yung documents mo sa skills assessment should be the same document na ipapasa mo during visa lodging para there’s consistency except nalang sa mga updated records (like updated basic COE) at the time of visa lodging.

Actually I agree na critical ang skills assessment stage pero kailangan pa din imaintain ang consistency at accuracy ng iyong application kasi DHA does their own review and nasa sa kanila ang final say ika nga.
Kausapin mo agent mo, bakit kamo pabago bago? If they don’t do their job well (as expected sa mahal ng bayad sa kanila) e mahirap yan kasi sabihin mo nakasalalay sa kanila ang future nyo.

hi i need your inputs. may work ako locally pero may opportunity kasi from another company (from sg) na interesting saken. pero meron din kaming pending application ni wifey for 189. kung sakaling i grab ko ba yung opportunity na to while waiting for the grant, anong magiging implication nito sa pending application namin? @Dess we don’t ysually do anything anymore on those documents during visa application stage since we’ve already tailored the format to meet both skills assessment and visa application requirements during skills assessment stage. It’s a bit odd but I don’t know the entire scenario. There must be a reason why your agent is asking you to fix it again. Have you asked them why?

@goku_son it could work. You need to also be mindful of the requirements for applying a student visa. You need to make sure you can justify the reason why she’s going to study again and the reason behind the studies. Immigration is also becoming strict on student visa grants. If you’re successful then I don’t see any issue with your plans on applying for your PR

I had Australian clients when i did online freelancing and now, i work in a BPO with an Australian builder client. I had free assessment online and I’ve got 65points. But i dont have IELTS pa. @Aussie2020 no issue at all, as long as you’ve gathered all the needed docs for visa lodging sa company na yan. All EOI points are locked once invited ka na. All you have to do is provide all the proof claimed in that EOI. Goodluck!

@aussie2020 @lecia when you submit your evidences, you would need to update your latest employment reference letter to reflect the current date. Note that It has nothing to do with you ceasing your employment. You just need to show that you were employed in that company until the day you were invited to show consistency with your EOI.

Hi, once invited is it ok to submit an updated employment certificate different from the one submitted to assessing body? Like if there are additional jobs included..

Hello po nainvite po ako for 190 SA, balak ko po kasi mag medical na bago maglodge just to be safe. Wala lng pong choices for 190. Nabasa ko sa iba pede daw 189 gamitin to generate hap id kasi same lng daw po. Tama po b? Thanks po

Hello @ms_ane. Ask ko lang sana if yung documents lang ba na iuupload sa visa lodge is ung claiming work experience points lang. Or need iupload lahat kahit d mo iclaclaim ung work experience na yun?

Hi guys!

I'm currently waiting for my SC 189 update (praying for a direct grant , 4th month of waiting) but unfortunately, some of my certificates just expired a few days ago.

Question: Should I process the new ones now or wait for a CO contact? Anybody else in the same situation?

P.S. Certificates that expired a few days ago are my IELTS (taken last 2017), Phil. NBI and South Korean Police Clearance (both got last 2018).
