Kelangan po ba i-set muna nmin sa "No" pra mkapagfillup na kmi ng next page? tpos mag-submit and magbayad tpos babalikan na lang po ung attachment and set to "yes"?. Naghahanap po kc ng attachment. sorry na po sa tanong, ala kc kming kakilala n nag-aapply.
ung ibang kilala ko, nilagay nila jan SSS number. ung iba nmn NO lang then proceed na sa next.

Pano kung naglagay ako dyan ng Birth Cert, Drivers License and Marriage Cert. Haha ang tanga ko lang, nung nag fifill up kasi ako i checked ano yong mga docs na pwede ilagay, e nakita ko yon mga options na yon so I added them. Ano kaya implication nito?

hi guys, sorry na po. stuck n nman kmi. sa may employment history (page 13 of 17), me error regarding description (required field). Di nman po kmi mkapagpay kc page 13 of 17 pa lang kmi (lumalabas incomplete form). Help po uli

Puro "No" po ba muna isasagot nmin till page 17? tpos submit tpos pay? maeedit po ba uli ung mga details?

@katniss "Description of duties is a required field" - You have to click on the Edit link and type in a description of that particular position.
"Date to is a required field" - kung current work, just put in ung latest date or date of lodgement..

if you can get 60 points and your occupation is listed in either SOL or CSOL , then yes.

if you did not break any conditions on your 457 visa, then there is no reason for you to get banned.

457 visa conditions are standard however each case is different.

some conditions are the following

lawfully stay in australia with valid visa,
work for 457 employer only
get private health insurance

457 visa are usually 4 years max, if your contract with employer is less than 4 years then hindi mo talaga matatapos ang 457 visa mo.

i dont think may issue dun. i know a few na naglagay din ng birth cert sa field na yan na naapproved naman na ung application.

hahaha. normal yan. nakakakaba talaga lalo malaking pera ang involve. well, ung pera ok lng e, kayang kitain, pero ung thought na baka mareject, mas masakit sa loob. pero dont worry, ok lng yan. walang issue jan. :-)

@axlrose So ang ibig sabihin po ba nito kung di naman kami mag-claim ng points for Employment no need for ITR, payslips and COE? O____O Visa 189 din po ito. So they will rely solely with the decision of the assessment body (Vetassess, ACS, EA, etc)???

@superluckyclover I was referring to our case po, and di nman ako nag-generalize or nag-make ng assumptions for other occupations or other cases

In our case kase, di nagpa-assess ng work experience husband ko (primary applicant) sa ANMAC although we mentioned naman lahat ng work experience (mostly nurse volunteer work in the Phils, so no payslips) nya sa application. Lahat ng sinend nming docs to ANMAC (which did not include work exp docs kase di namn requirement), we also uploaded to IMMI to support his qualifcations claim.
May or may not be applicable sa ibang cases na di rin ng cclaim ng work experience. Depende din sa CO kung satisfied sya sa evidence ng qualifications.. I'll inform u po in case mag-require CO namin.

yes po, ang question lang is gano katagal before ka mainvite and another challenge is kung may available bang state for nomination. pero madami akong kilala n 60 points lang nagrant namn nag visa.

@superluckyclover hello, just got contacted by CO today, asked for medicals and AU police checks. wala nman pong hininging work-related docs. but again, i can't say na applicable po sa lahat since i know some assessing bodies, like ACS, require a minimum # of years of work experience, so sgro pag ganong case nga po, advisable nga na iprovide din ung mga work related docs to further support ung skill qualifications

Hello! Anyone here na onshore applicant din po? or hiningan ng Australian federal police national police clearance? During the application, nag-upload na kami ng national police clearance (valid as at June 2014 and Dec 2014) na we applied for at the Australian Post here at WA (ung clearance letter is addressed from Western Australian Police). Local lang po ba ang scope nun and iba po ba yun sa nirerequire ng DIBP? Nag-apply na lng ulit kami online dun sa AFP website.. hehe.

Before kami nag bridging program, meron na rin kami niyan. Hmmm, alam ko national talaga yun kasi sa Canberra naka address yun. Anyway, mayroon din kaming International Criminal History Check for AHPRA from fit2work. Sana valid pa yun within one year.

Pinagmedical exams pa ba kayo? Diba valid pa dapat yung dati? Balitaan mo ako ha, I am following your journey. Haha

Hello po baka may makasagot sa amin query. Wala na kasing VETASSESS page, wala na masyadong active doon. Nalilito po kasi ako sa pag claim ng points sa education background. Sabi po kasi ng Vetassess, yung education must be highly relevant sa nominated program. Dito kasi sa Pinas di naman ganun ka specific yung mga courses unlike sa Australia na may specialization di ba? So generally took a management-related course but sa Construction field ako---sa safety to be specific. Nag mamanage ako ng tao with regards to their safety. However, di ko alam kung 15 points ang claim ko since from section 1 school ako which is UP diliman. So iniisip ko, if just in case di kunwari relevant yung education ko with the nominated skill ko, does that mean di ako pwede mag claim ng 15 points?

@bytubytu hello! Thanks! Mkhang local WA police check nga lng un, kala nmin un na un. Hehe. 2013 p kse last na medicals ng husband ko, tpos for the 457 last yr, chest x ray lng nirequire for both of us. pmayag nmn si bupa ireuse ung xrays nmn. Mbilis b namail sa inyo ung police checks nyo?

@bytubytu thanks! ung clearance nmin, "National Police Certificate" din ung header,same format, pero addressed from Western Australia Police. so bka ang chncheck nga lng nun is local state offences. wait na lng ulit kami. hehe.

If my alma mater Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is under section 2, how many points for qualification can be granted? 10 or 15? I heard that they award 15 points to a qualification from UPD.

@miteglia90 nakapagpa-assess kana ng education mo? I believe hindi na tinitignan kung saan ka nagtapos but depende sa outcome ng educational assessment mo. Ex. Engineers Australia ang mostly nagsasabi kung equivalent sa degree ng Australia ang qualifications ng mga engineers.
