Hello po. Newbie on this site. Ask ko lang po if someone encountered same situation samen ng partner ko.

Legally Married ako dito sa pinas pero lahat as in LAHAT ng papers ko e Single ako. Partner ko is Australian citizen and single sya. More than 1 year na kami sa LDR. Nagkita kami last december lang. 1month kami magkasama physically netong bakasyon niya. Gusto sana namen na magkasama na permanently sa Australia kaso hindi namen alam anong VISA ang e aapply namen na mas madali at mas cheaper.

We did our research and hindi kami pwede sa DE FACTO kasi we're not physically together sa 1 year na relationship namen. Sana ma help niyo kami sa prob namen. THANKS MUCH PO..
