I'm having issues with the agent I'm coordinating with and their in-house rate is just too high. =(

Napakahirap mag apply sa pag-ibig pag nasa ibang bansa ka. Unang una hindi streamlined yung application. Ako nag apply ako online at nagbayad ng 1000 pesos na processing fee. Akala ko online talaga yung process pero kailangan mo pa rin ng tao na nasa pilipinas na magsa submit ng printed documents. So magpapagawa ka ng SPA sa Consulate para ma authorise mo yung representative mo sa Pilipinas ($45 if my memory serves me right). Then ipapadala mo mga documents sa pilipinas via DHL ($109.50). Pagdating ng documents sa pilipinas dun mo malalaman na yung hihingin na documents ng agent ay iba dun sa binigay sayong check list. Actually, iba sasabihin sayo ng online agent, iba sasabihin sayo ng nasa call center at iba pa rin ang sasabihin sayo ng nasa pag ibig branch. Kung ano anong documents ang hinihingi na wala naman sa check list. Depende pa yan kung good mood sila or hindi. Yung representative ko naka 4 na balik dahil every time na magko comply sya sa hinihinging document ay may bago nanamang hahanapin na wala rin naman sa requirements check list. After maipasa ng maayos sa local pag ibig branch ng iyong representative. Sasabihin sayo na may 2nd set of requirements na kailangan ipasa sa kanilang mandaluyong office. Since yung akin ay refinancing, every time na magbabayad ako sa current mortgagor ko (Chinabank), hihingan ako ng updated na proof of payment which is 10 to 15 business days bago maibigay ng bangko thru email. Then pagdating ng representative mo sa pag-ibig branch para ipasa yung updated na requirement, hahanapan ka niya ng "original". So ipapakita mo sa kanya yung email ng bangko at makikipag argumento ka na sa panahon ngayon, puro online na yung transaction at sila lang yung may "online application" kuno pero kailangan mo pa rin pumunta sa branch nila para magpasa ng documents.
In short, sobrang hirap, sobrang inconvenience ang aabutin mo sa PAG-IBIG compared dito sa Australia kapag nag aapply ka ng loan sa bangko na sobrang dali lang.
