We have a room available for rent on March 4 for $160 including all bills and unlimited wifi. We are located at a secure compound with video surveillanced gate at Watergardens (Sydenham, VIC). Our place which is very accessible is 5-10 minutes walking distance to watergardens train/bus station as well as watergardens town centre (mall), primary school and churches (catholic & JW). Transport is 20 minutes drive from the city or 30 minutes (15-20 minutes via express) by train). Room will be furnished with bed and BIR. Parking space (uncovered outside) also available.
