    Guys, does dependent need to provide SG PCC and NBI clearance upon VISA lodging?

    And what if maiden name pa nya ang nasa record ng NBI but right now she is already married? Please advise

    @rguez06 @lock_code2004 thanks po sa reply, nakita ko ung copy ng EOI na sinubmit namin ; dapat po ba NO ung sagot sa "Does the client meet the Australian study requirements for the skilled migration points test?"
    - @MJQ79: tama si madam @jengrata...
    - answer for that question should be NO. kung hindi po kayo nag-aral sa AU ng atleast 2 yrs..
    - in this case, sabihin nyo sa CO na nagkamali kayo..
    - at kung wala po yan aabot pa ba ang total EOI points nyo sa 60 pts?

    Guys, does dependent need to provide SG PCC and NBI clearance upon VISA lodging?

    And what if maiden name pa nya ang nasa record ng NBI but right now she is already married? Please advise
    - anyone above 16 yrs should get PCC/s, for all countries they lived in for atleast 12 months
    - yung passport ang main document, dahil dun naka-link ang visa approval, so dapat lahat ng current document ay pare-pareho ang pangalan... except of course yung mga document na nakuha before the wedding (like school records)..
    - of course, you need to provide your marraige certificate..

    example:
    a) passport maiden name + NBI maiden name : should be okay kahit na married na ang status
    b) passport married name + NBI maiden name: NOT okay.. because your clearance should be current, how can you get a current NBI clearance na maiden pa rin kung nagpalit kana ng name sa passport.. you know what i mean?

    I just checked my application and the Organize your Health Examination is appearing for me again! I clicked on it and saw that my health check was completed on June 6 (the day I went for my medical) and was submitted to DIAC on June 28! Friday last week lang! :O May backlog ata sa nagchecheck ng Health Examinations. :-/

    But nonetheless, it's nice to know may nangyayari sa application ko. Yihee!!! =D>

    Thanks Lock, also i have this dilemma since I know that I am obese, magiging hindrance ba ito sa medical exam? I do not have any known desease like high blood, diabetes etc. except that I am overweight against my height.

    May nagemail sa amin na CO, unfortunately sabi nya mali daw ung naclaim namin na points sa EOI. Kc nagclaim daw ung hubby ko ng 5 pts under Australian education, parang nalito kme di namin maalala na nagclaim kme:( so dapat daw magbigay ng proof abt sa claim or iwithdraw ung application. Meron bang nakarxperience ng ganito sa inyo:(
    hello there...sa experience ko po, when i first created my EOi, na-YES ko po to pero i was checking my EOI status halos everyday and may message ako that i should re-check this part since i should have ticked NO kse wala akong Australian education...tricky kse sya eh...so, ang nangyari po I was invited pero i had no choice but to wait for my invitation to expire para ma-edit ko ang EOI ko...so that I did or else, hindi siguro ako na-grantng visa ngayon...

    I think pop sir baka hindi po maco-consider ni CO yung 5 points claim nyo dun kung talagang walang Australian study...better po find another way to claim your 5 points...

    @lock_code2004 makikigulo lang konti. pagkakaalam ko based sa mga nabasa ko - dapat walang discrepancy sa points claimed and points "proven". kahit over 60pts pa after alisin yung points incorrectly claimed.

    @GoodLuckAU ideally dapat ganun. Pero as far as i can remember, si @amcasperforu may wrong claimed points din sya pero binigyan sya ng CO ng chance para i-allocate sa iba ung points na yun. So depende din tlga sa CO mo.

    @jengrata yup, kelangan maka-reach ka pa rin ng points na ni-claim mo when you submitted the EOI. the CO will give you a chance to do so.

    Makikisali, I think its because automatic ang invitation round, meaning based on points ang invitation so if yung clinaim mo na points is not really your points parang you unintentionally cheated and skipped the queue on the invitation round, but I hope it will be considered since konti lang naman ang above 60 specially yung mga naka70 points so I don't think you're cheating anyone out from the queue since you still deserved to be invited.     @pmzinoz - medyo madedelay ang results ng visa mo, dahil ma-referred for further analysis by Global Health/Medical officers sa AU ang medical results mo..

    so kung mag-reapply, kailangan gumastos ulit ng bagong visa fee, while waiting for the refund..

    pero ang best na pwedeng mangyari, eh maconsider nga ng CO...

    Kaso kung magrere-apply wouldn't the new VISA charges take effect? i.e may bayad na spouse and kids. Sana maconsider ni CO, sayang din kasi ang time to reprocess.
    @lock_code2004 kung wala talaga try na lang ni @MJQ79 na makiusap kay CO. Pero kung di pumayag then withdraw na lang nya application nya then apply na lng ulit, kung puede. Sayang naman kasi yung visa fee.

    eto nahanap ko na si @InhinyeroAko... same case.. wrong claim of AU educ qual 5pts..
    winidraw application at nagparefund.. yung 2nd EOI nya tama na.. at visa grant na rin sya..

    Thanks Lock, also i have this dilemma since I know that I am obese, magiging hindrance ba ito sa medical exam? I do not have any known desease like high blood, diabetes etc. except that I am overweight against my height.
    I think hindi naman magiging problema yung weight lang ang problema for as long as walang ibang condition na makita relating to your weight like HBP or Diabetes.

    Priority Group 4

    Puede k ng magkaCO kahit wala pang medical. Irerequest naman ni CO mo yun pag nakita nyang di mo pa nagagawa. Ganun nangyari sa amin.
