Form 80 - who gets requested?

Hi Guys, Question po. My wife's doesn't know her real father, he's been MIA since birth and wala rin naka-indicate sa BC nya and illigitimate din nakalagay, should I leave it blank or put unkown? Thanks!

I would say unknown is better; blank kasi gives the connotation na nakalimutan sagutin...

Mga sir/mam do you think po na i declare ko na ang parent ko nasa US po (overstay na sila tourist visa) pero filipino citizen pa din? Better po ba yun kung yun naman po ang totoo?

I would say just tell the truth; mas mahirap if you are misleading DIAC on your application as it can be a ground for visa refusal.

I agree with @tasburrfoot. Just tell the truth. Thats what I did. For items i didnt know the info I left it blank. No questions from CO.

Oo nga po eh, mas mainam na sabihin talaga ang totoo kesa mapansin nila na na somethings not matching up with your evidences or submitted info. Mahirap i risk yung ginastos, effort and time na you have already spent on. Good luck po sa amin.

Mga Sir/Mam, ask ko lang po ma tanong kasi sa Form 80 na: "Did you use the passport/travel document at Question 1 to enter Australia?"

Ok lang po ba na i leave kong blank ito (neither yes or no) kasi never pa ako nakatungtong ng Australia, or should I answer "NO" pero ang isagot dun sa follow up question of "Write the number of document you used to enter Australia" ay "N/A as never visited Australia?"

Tingin niyo po which one is better? Thanks po.

@bluemist, you are asking for the Question 4 sa form 80 siguro if di ako nagkakamali, nabanggit na rin ito sa other thread tapos leave blank lang daw kaya ganun lang din ginawa namin. good luck!

Hello po not sure kung meron na nakasagot sa itatanong ko, abt sa form 80, do we need to put primary and secondary details sa question about education details? Also sa work experience lahat ba kht nde dineclare sa visa app since ung sa app is 10 yrs experience. Ung work experience kc namin more than 10 yrs. Also ung sa address dapat po ba lahat ng address sa singapore or kht ung current lang? Thanks;)

kahit hindi nirequest sa amin yung form 80, nagsubmit kami together with form40sp and 47sp and they accepted it, no further questions from them. we got all prepared our documents before we went to via and we are very pleased that they didn't ask for more documents as we completed our requirements for the spouse visa. the only follow up requirement was the medical certificate of my husband and our NSO registered marriage certificate. as of now, my husband still in the Philippines and waiting for the update for his visa. I hope he could come here earlier as i always ask in my prayers.

Nagchange po ba sila ng form 80? Clearly stated pala sa form na 'Please use a pen and write neatly in English using BLOCL LETTERS.' Baka kasi starting April 2014 lang new form na sila & required na to use a pen po?

@IslanderndCity They state use a pen because some may use pencil. You can fill up the adobe form and then print out so you only have to sign.

just try doing it again... i remember encountering this error previously so i tried the following day and it got uploaded without any problem.

or you can email the form 80 to your CO - wala naman problema yun.

@johnvangie yes pag-approve na ang visa. nauna ako sa'yo ng 2 months sa paglodge pero based sa trend ng visa grants dito sa forum, baka maona ka pa kasi visa 189 with 65 points ka eh.
