Tourist to Student (IELTS related)

Hi. Meron po ba dito na nagrant ng student visa without IELTS? My agent suggested na mag Tourist Visa muna ako tapos dun na lang daw po ako magapply ng Student Visa. The problem is yung IELTS. Medyo gahol na kase sa oras. Please share your experience po. Thank You

Hello, Just wondering why the agent suggested you to apply for a tourist visa? Kung ako tatanungin, it's better to apply for a student visa because in the first place, that's the visa you are aiming for plus student visa has many privileges than a tourist visa.
