Hi. This is as per my experience.

    1. I did Bachelor in Nursing for 1 year (2 semesters) for $14,000/sem tuition. Di ko kaya so my parents paid for the tuition and i did the living expenses. When i did my 2nd student visa (diploma in leadership and management), ako na nagbayad lahat. Tuition was $6500 for 1 year. Nakaya ko yun while working as part time nurse.

    2. Average kita would depend on your job and how many shifts you have. If odd jobs like kitchenhand, dishwasher, market vendor, nsa $15-18/hour ang sweldo. Bec its not a permanent job, shifts are not guaranteed. So it would depend anong work din.

Suggestion, have a back up financial plan incase di makakita agad ng work. Allocate $1500/month for bills and expenses. Mine was $2000/month including tuition.

    Based sa experience namin:
    1. Master degree program - 2.5 years - 12k per sem - first year kahit may ipon kami hindi kinaya so kelangan humiram, after that kami na nagbabayad. part time work hindi kakayanin, kelangan may kasama ka na nagwork fulltime kung ganyan kamahal ang tuition.
    2. on average, net ko on 20 hrs work week is $450 - part time permanent.
minimum wage $18.93 - base sa experience ng mga kakilala ko na naging student din, mababa ang bigay pag cash on hand but then again its cash on hand as much as possible iwasan kasi baka mahuli.

Piece of advise, always have 1 year fund for tuition and extra 3 months worth for living expenses.

Based on sa experience with my girlfriend

    1. Bachelors Degree Nursing (2 Years) 14k-12k per sem - First year and a half kailangan mag borrow from parents in my case. makapag ipon ng konti plus may extra help sa work from my partner. mostly ung hinihiram is for tuition lang, living expenses and everything else kami.

    2. on a 20-hour work week, 500 - 600 after tax, working as nightfill in woolies (22-23 per hour + casual rate). partner got a job sa Big W din as filler so big help. if makahanap ng cash on hand na side job maganda din kasi pwede nang makapag over 20 hours sa work time.

Like the post above, better to have extra funds (1 year tuition and 3 months living expenses)
