Hello. Im new here po. Good thing i saw this forum sa internet before ako pumirma ng contract thru agent. Kasi ngaun decided na ko na mag DIY nalang.

Just a question lng po... meron po ba dito na nagchange ng surname because of marriage? Kasi lahat ng docs ko is using my single name including my ielts. Ano pong supporting document ang kailangan ko ipasa? Thanks po

di ko alam bkit 20days, wala nmn hiningi additional info, pinaayus lng name ng university ko kasi naka all capital on my 10th day, tamad na assesor ata natapat sakin.. ung kawork ko april 2 nagsubmit sa EA, april13 my result na.. i guess hndi yan lalampas 30days.. if ur lucky baka

mas mhirap po ang format ng PTE,for me, pero i guess mas generous ang PTE sa scoring.. pero if nkpagtake kn ng ielts.. saktong adjustment n lng need mo.. God bless

my wife uses her maiden name, ako ang main applicant, in all her docs. sa nbi lang sya gumamit ng married name pinakita lng nmin marriage cert.

if ikaw ang main applicant, imo, ayus lng un kahit maiden lahat docs mo as long as meron kang marriage cert. opinion ko lng nmn..

@tangentph 65, in-align ko ung sked ng PTE ko sa most possible schedule of invitations kaya mejo malapit.. PTE ksi ung last na pagkukunan ko pts.. May11 ang expected invitation, within 5 days ang normal release ng PTE results kya pinili ko May6.. luckily.. umayon sa plano..

@Captain_A nice strategy. around ganung points din siguro makuha ko kapag positive assessment. 55 points ako kapag 0 sa work experience and hopefully i get at least 10 points sa work experience and max 15 points. mabilis ata invitation sa ce at marami pang slots. so 3 months processing na yang visa mo no sa maximum duration?

Hello kamusta kayo? kaka join ko lang naghahanap kasi ako ng same situation sa kapatid ko. Civil Engineer kasi siya pero mostly ng nagging type of work nya for the past 10 years eh QS. Panu kaya yun iassess ng enginners Australia? Need din b na ang role or position na nakalagay eh as Civil Engineer? Masyado kaso mahirap sa AIQS madami sila hinahanap. and nabsa ko after ng assessment sasabihin nila na not suitable. Anyone na QS pero nagpa assess sa Enginners Australia help naman please?

@Meahne090885 if I may answer that. IELTS ang kailangan for EA assessment. you will need to score at least 6.0 in each module (L,R,W,S).

Ung kumukuha ng PTE are those na gustong makakuha ng points for visa application (kasi they feel mas madali nilang maabot score threshold para sa points). Ito kasi ung point system to get score sa IELTS and PTE:

20 Points:
IELTS (each S,R,L,W) >= 8
PTE-A (each S,R,L,W) >= 79

10 Points:
IELTS (each S,R,L,W) >= 7
PTE-A (each S,R,L,W) >= 65

0 Points:
IELTS (each S,R,L,W) >= 6
PTE-A (each S,R,L,W) >= 50

@Gyie pag different yung exp mo sa degree mo, usually CO will advise Engineering Technologist ka..check mo yung qual ng engineering technologist sa ANZSCO

Ganun nlng din ggawin ko sir since my ielts score pwede lng xa sa ea pero 0 points sa visa. -.- got 7 overall. Pero my 6.5 ako. Saklap lang...

@Meahne090885 kung ung 6.5 mo ay sa writing or speaking and you feel na you should have gotten a higher score, you can appeal for reconsideration sa score. if I am not mistaken, ung period for appeal is only within 6 weeks after lumabas ung results. otherwise, retake nalang to get the score for points.

@Meahne090885 yun ielts mo nalang muna gamitin mo para sa EA mo then kung kelangan mo ng additional points you can take PTE para madagdagan ka ng 10 points or even 20 points. Ganyan ang nangyari samen. Good luck to your application!

@Nat baka sir sa resolution? check nyo po kapag scanned copy, 300 dpi ang minimum tinatanggap ni EA.

@Nat dapat labas tenga. jpg or pdf format. ayos na yan. pix lang hingi. kaysa revise ng cdr or kung ano pa mang docs. nag fast track ka ba?

@tangentph haaha uu fast track..after 10 days nila inassess...hopefully ok na yu 3rd pic ko..pero IE pina assess ko..advise sa akin mag engineering technologist daw...ok na din yu...claiming for partner skills lang naman kase ako....

but na nga lang picture lang may problema hahhaha....praise the lord...sana may outcome na later
