form 2316 lang pinasa ko alam ko walang stamp yung pinasa ko.. though my pirma ng HR/employer dun s lower right

Hi guys question lang, humingi ng additional si EA regarding my assessment, instead of a career episode from my college projects humingi sila ng isang career episode from work experience ko. Electronics engineering graduate po ako pero I worked in the manufacturing of semiconductor na field. Is it okay na sa manufacturing/lean engineering ang ibigay kong career episode?

@cedcordero I think as long as nasasatisfy niya ung mga job description ng nominated occupation mo, okay lang yun.

@jazmyne18 Hi miss jazmyne, wala kasing actual application ng electronics engineer yung sa work experience ko, more on time study, process efficiency, mechanical/technical properties at data analysis. more on IE side siya.

@cedcordero na-check mo na ba yung job description for EE? Minsan kasi may mahahagip na konti, tapos expand from there nalang. If wala talaga, di ko lang sure ano ang dapat gawin kasi maiiba ang nominated mo, eh.

Ask ko lang po, based kasi sa mga babasa ko sa mga recent post dito di na need ng RSEA and CDR will do. Need ko lang po ng advise sa inyo if applicable sakin ang cdr lang kung ang work experience ko manufacturing at design with mechanical engineering degree. Thanks.

@datch29 hello! Kami kasi hindi na nagRSEA. IMO, if confident ka naman na in relation sa nominated occupation mo ung work experiences mo, no need na for it. Check mo ung job description ng nominated occupation mo tapos if andun naman ung ginagawa mo, challenge mo nalang is to put it into your career episode and CV.

hi, helping a friend here. he's a BS Industrial Engineering graduate with same work as mine (telecom network engineer). i said i will try to answer his query by posting his concerns here.

he wants to ask if he's eligible for EA assessment although his course is irrelevant from his work experience? would EA deduct points for his case?

Nabasa ko na sya once nandun naman sa description nang selected occupation ko yung line of work ko pero i double confirm ko na din. So meaning hindi ko pa need ang mga coe itr sss for ea. Need ko lang sya pag mag lodge na nang eoi? Thanks ulit.

@datch29 need mo pa rin ng CoE, not sure lang if okay lang not detailed pero I suggest hingi ka na ng detailed para isang hingian nalang. Sa case namin, nagsend kami ng at least 2 proofs of paid employment pero kasi gamit namin ung old MSA pa, kailangan nun kahit standard cdr lang.
