@SAP_TRM I did not but this is something I do for my clients given that I’m a registered migration agent myself. I provide immigration advise and handle cases for a living. All the best.

@RheaMARN1171933 nice! i hope you don't mind me asking a question. as per checking, my fiancee who is the main applicant can only get 5 pts for partner skills if i have the skills assessment. however, upon checking the attachment portion of visa lodging, there seems to be no part to upload partner's skills assessment.

@SAP_TRM the evidence for positive skills assessment should be downloaded under your application. If you happen to not submit one, the case officer will still ask you later on.

You mentioned your fiancée is the main applicant. I hope you have been living together for at least 12 months otherwise claiming points for partner skills will not be applicable.

Sana may makasagot. Ask lang po if pede na ako mag-claim ng 5pts for my defacto partner? Kahit di pa tapos yung assessment nya sa engineer australia? Pareho kami ng field and company, Telecommunications Engineer.

You could only claim points once you’ve got the evidence to prove your partner meets the criteria for partner skills

Just a question on the IELTS/PTE requirements.Is it correct my spouse only needs to score at least 50 and not 65 for PTE to get both Institute of Public Accountants skill assessment and for me to claim 5 points addtl as partner points? I'm also an accountant by the way. Thanks in advance.

depende sa anzsco/jobcode ng wife mo. need nyo mag fall sa parehong job list/category para maka-claim ng partner points (considering pasok ang age, positive assessment at competent english).

Pano pong same job list/category? Baka po kasi dito sya sa anzco code na ito magfit. 249311 Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages. Pano ko po kaya malalaman kung same category kame? Salamat po.
