Kahit 457 ako dati pabor ako na higpitan lalo ang pag kuha lalo ng 457 visa. Dapat yun lang na nominating position where there is a genuine shortage of workers. Kasi madami naman ang hirap makapag hanap ng work na ang hawak nila na visa ay skilled migrant visa. Sila din naman ay may karapatan makahanap ng trabaho at sila din dumaan sa skilled assesment. Malamang ang 457 visa ay naabuso ng husto upang ang employer ay makatipid sa pasahod. Sa ngayun naman ay bihira na rin ang employer magbigay ng sponsor kaya isa ka sa mahusay kaya ka isponsor ng employer. This is only my opinion.

Bago lang ako sir sa forum na to at sa bilis ng mga pangyayari,from application to being chosen and offered to work permanent, eh kailangan ko pag aralan ang buhay australia, at malaking bagay at tulong ang naibibigay ng forum na to lalo na tulad nyong namumuhay na jan sa Australia na walang alinlangang ibahagi ang mga idea at kaalaman sa mga tulad naming nangangarap magtrabaho at makatuntong sa OZ.
Salamat din sir sa papuri natanggap ko mula sa inyo..nagkaroon lang ho ng internal hiring co. namin dito sa Pinas (na meron ding co. sa OZ) at sa awa ng diyos eh ako ang napili. natsambahan lang siguro sir hehe..salamat uli sir.
