Update on Health Declarations

Hi All,

Can you update your health declarations before you go to the medical examination? We have a wrong input that needs to be updated.

Hi @carlosau, I had the same issue previously. Based sa mga nabasa ko kung di mo pa na-submit yung application mo, pwede idelete yung nagenerate mo na HAP ID then create kana lang bago. Or pwedeng sabihin at ipacorrect daw sa panel clinic before nila i-submit. Sa case ko, narealize ko na yung wrong info na nalagay ko after ko magpamedical and submit.

@its.kc Hello, ano pong ginawa nyo? Sa case ko pwede ko na lang sabihin sa examination then sila na maguupdate?

Ako kasi nag submit nung sa wife ko, nilist ko na major ang CS pero di naman sya prolonged hospitalization. ☹️

@carlosau nagnotify lang po ako ng incorrect answer sa ImmiAccount saka ni-raise ko din sa Immi technical support team tapos sila nagbago. Sa case ko po kasi birth date yung incorrect entry kaya need ma-address agad para masync sya sa application ko. Pero yung sa inyo po tingin ko pwede nyo sabihin lang sa panel clinic since di pa naman nila na-submit.

@carlosau ask ko lang if successful na napa change mo iyon? nagkamali din ako sa part na yan na list ko as Major ang CS bago ko narealized yung prolonged hospitalization. tnx in advance sa pagsagot

@ms_ane hi you need to indicate it talaga. Nagpamedical kami kanina and tama daw na nadeclare ko.

@carlosau @ms_ane we had our medicals sa point medical sa paragon here in SG, my wife just had c-sec 2 months before our medical and we didnt declare but the doctor asked how was the baby delivered and why we opted for c-sec instead of normal delivery. Wla nmn nging problema.

Just inform the attending physician whether ayos lng ba n dnclare mo iyon, i guess they have access to correct it if mali man.

@Hendro @carlosau uy salamat sa responses nyo. I will ask na din nga para ma clarify din. napansin ko madaming nag papa medical sa point medical sa paragon kesa sa SATA.

@Hendro Hi sir, tama naman daw na nilagay namin sabi ng doctor. As long na major operation, need ilagay.

@ms_ane actually hindi ko rin sure, we opted to do our medicals there kasi prng convenient at less waiting time as per review dto, and to my surprise mga 1 hr lng ata ntpos na namin including xray and super mabait yung doctor.

@carlosau oo i think wla naman issue dun iclarify lng dun sa attending physician...

@Hendro sige sir noted ko yan. nakapag pa sched na din ako medyo nagkakaubusan na din ng sched at this time. baka ma complete ko ang medicals after ko na mag visa lodge, ok lang kaya yun? using the HAP ID na na generate ko na?

@ms_ane I think okay lang, dont forget to key in yung hap id sa visa lodgement application.. My portion kasi dun na itatanong kung nkpagmedical kna..

@Hendro, hi po, ask ko lng regarding sa visa lodgement dun sa medicals. Nakapagpamedical na po kmi ng family ko. Kelangan ko lng po i input yung HAP ID? How about po dun sa "Give Details" na part? ano po nilagay nyo or ilalagay ko? Slamat po sa sagot.

Hello, question naman po re My Health Declarations. Pwede po ba idelete by using the option "remove" sa immiaccount ang My Health Declarations then submit ng bago?

Yun po kasing question about intend to work or study as a doctor, nurse, paramedic, NO ang sagot namin. Paramedic po ang asawa ko pero since wala pa plan to work if ever ma approve visa ang magmigrate kami dahil underage pa daughter namin and sya ang magbabantay.

Pero narealize ko lang na baka magtaka yung CO, paramedic ang current occupation nya tapos not intending to work as paramedic ang sagot namin.

Nabasa ko rin na removing yung application sa immiaccount does not mean withdrawing it. Ok lang kaya to remove and create a new one? Di pa po pala kami naglodge ng visa, medical muna kami before maglodge.

Or pwede din kaya na sa form 26 na lang ilalagay yung YES na answer since naulit yung question na yun dun? Thank you po sa sasagot.

@mabelledita hello kapatid. Yes pede ma iremove ang MHD and create a new one. This would mean na mag generate ka ulit ng bagong HAP ID.
I agree na parang di nga entirely na reremove yung luma kasi sa nangyari samin nung nag require ng medical yung CO sa amin, yung old HAP ID ang binigay sakin ( basa ka nalang sa CO contact thread regarding sa issue ko sakaling interested ka hehe mahaba kasi e)

Anyway - ang alam ko may additional health exams or questions if you answer yes sa intend to work as doctor, nurse , paramedic. This is regardless if you intend to work right away or later.

Right move na mag medical muna bago mag lodge sa case ninyo na nag remove ng MHD —HAP ID.
Very important to note the new HAP ID sa online form sa pag visa lodge para macorrectly link yung HAP ID nyo sa inyong visa application.

Hi, everyone…

Knocking again for your advices:

Kaka-received ko lng ng info na nag lodged na ng PR nomination yong employer ko and that I can apply na for the PR visa. The thing is that I am so worried sa upcoming health exam kasi nagpa-consult ako sa GP dito months ago requiring me to undergo mammogram and FNA + ultrasound sa breast lump na accidentally discovered ko. Sa takot ko hndi ako pumunta at ginawa yong advises. Makikita ba ang consultation details dun sa eMedical or other central system ng Australia? Naisulat ko din na may myoma ako sa uterus as part of history pero walang operation as its not bothering her me now at wala din ako document to support it. Kelangan ko ba e-declare yong breast lump (not yet diagnosed but obvious if kapain) at myoma sa health declaration prior to securing appointment?

Another thing, I have overseas insurance also which covers life, critical illness, dismemberment, permanent total disability - should I attach this in my application? Will it not give a negative weight as I could somehow cover myself and cause denial of PR visa?

Please help! I really need your input as to what to do. Many thanks ahead at be more blessed talaga sa lahat.

Hello po, ask ko lang po kung meron dito naka encounter ng error kapag nag generate ng HAP ID + Referral letter. After ko po i-click yung "Organise health examinations" palagi lumalabas yung "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later."

sa Immiaccount portal mayroon doon na My Health Declaration. Sagutan ito and it will generate your HAP ID for you and your dependent/s
